Federal Reserve and the Bank of the United States of America.
Federal Reserve.
We all know that are Federal Reserve cannot continue this way;
Private companies having stock in this institution, Operating
in secret, All of them in the Fed having knowledge the public does not,
Presidential Appointments with Senate Advice and Consent,
No Elected Officials running the Fed as it should be, Institutions
like GE on the NY Fed Board Branch, The exercise of vast financial
power by governmental Fiat by Non-Elected Officials, No
real time review by the American Public – Always Operating
under a Cloak of Secrecy. I think we all know there is a
better way with fairness, efficiency, transparency and
economically sound manor.
Other US Congressional Reforms and Mandates; All State Treasurers
and State Comptrollers would run and operate the Federal Reserve and
the FMOC. The 12 Members that are in the majority party or coalition would
be the FMOC and be the Executive Agency of the Federal Reserve.
The 12 Executives of the FMOC would be elected by their majority conference.
The other members would be divided up and assigned to each of the
Federal Reserve Branches to run and operate. Each branch could hire a
bank president that would serve at their discretion.
The Chairman and Associate Chairman of the FMOC would be rotated
in and out every 6 months from among the 12 member FMOC.
One Member one vote at the branches and the FMOC.

We cannot have powerful institutions like this in the hands of
vested few. The Federal Reserve is Chapter One.
Bank of the United States of America.
The reestablishing the Bank of the United States of America. I have been advocating
this for the last several years. The previous bank was liquidated in the
President Andrew Jackson Administration due to political infighting with
President Jackson, House Speaker Henry Clay and Bank President Biddle.
This reestablish Bank of the United States would be a legislative department
with independent authority and congressional oversight. Please read my book

This institution would be involved a wide array of projects and markets.
We all know about the Housing Crisis, Energy Crisis, Employment Crisis
and what it has brought forth on our nation. We all know that the banks and
financial institutions are sitting on trillions of dollars provided by the Federal
Reserve. These institutions simply want to work against our nation at the
expense of America and its People.
Housing Crisis, Energy Crisis, Employment Crisis are Emergencies and we are
at war. I simply do not know what the Congress and President think
their doing not treating it any other way. The casual slow meander
and we will get to it another day approach will not do. The
Legislative and Executive Branches have Unlimited Guile and Deception
and Contempt for the American People. Their Dereliction of Duty
and abrogation of their Oath of Office is unparalleled in our history.
God Save our Country. I can only hope that you the reader will stand
up to help stop this process from continuing.
Keep in mind that the US Federal Government through
the Bank of the United States of America will also be
involved in banking and financial service, power plant
construction an operation, public utilities construction and
operation, airport and harbor construction
and operation as well as other major projects directly
and in joint venture with business and industry.
This will eventually bring in substantial revenue
and national income.
