The prosecution of Trump and associates are going nowhere at this point.
The chief problem is Merit Garland US AG. The other major problem is
Alvin Bragg NYC Prosecutor. The NY Governor needs to act to replace
Bragg. NYS Law allows the governor to replace Bragg. The US
President must replace Garland. This needs to be done now.
Members of the US Congress must persuade The President and the
Governor to act decisively.
The replacement of the US AG Garland with a dual appointment,
dual appointment. former US Attorney's Pret Bharara and
Shan Wu as Co - US AG.
Also, the replacement of Powell at the Federal Reserve with
dual appointments, Economist's Ben Bernanke, and Robert J. Shiller

The bravery of the Ukrainian people is unmatched in their fight
against the Russian's and Dictator Putin.The bloody Putin
continues to slotter and commit genocide and crimes against
humanity. With each Ukrainiancity that is encircled and then
mercilessly bombed and shelled with artillery we see time
and time againthe bravery and stiff resistance at every step.
During this same time frame, we see the Biden administration
providing arms and humanitarian assistance delivered with
an eye dropper. Wrong way Joe Biden failingus in America
as well the Ukrainian's. Will he do this to the Taiwanese and
the South Korean's and theJapanese. What happened in
Afghanistan !!! Peace in our time with an umbrella.
I am a Democrat, progressive that is pragmatic.
I did not vote for wrong way Joe in the presidential
primary but I did vote for him in the general Presidential election.
I also voted Democrat Straite Acrossthe Ballot. We need a
war time president with common sense and depth of knowledge.

Here we are again. the US Senate fails to pass critical legislation;
John J Lewis Act, Freedom to Vote Act and the Filibuster Reform.
Again Senators; Sinema and Manchin as well as the Republicans
thworted the American People. This situation shows the complete
failure of a Bicameral Legislature System. A one house system
would by much better, Kameral Leslature. I might add that a
one house Kameral Legislature, US House, would uphold
the consept of " one vote of equal value and equal weight "
regardless of; race, creed, sex, national origen or
sexual preference. The US Senate does not represent that.
There are two options. US Congress sits and votes in joint
session or option two. Each US Senator votes in relation
to the number of congressional votes in that Senators
state. Each Senators vote could not be split, all yea or nay only.
No super majorities in any votes.
This situation cannot continue. This is a critical point in
American history. reform is needed now. Constitutional
issues or not.

This has been an amazing year. It has been dreadful
year with all types of hazards and traumas
ahead for us. First there is the US Senator Manchin defection;
Second the US AG terrible performance, Third the very bad
appointment by The President of Fed Chief Powell and last
the potential Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Chinese
invasion of Taiwan. One more point, the 6 conservatives
Supreme Court Justices and their failure to support
American Values.
The Manchin defection speaks for itself. He torpedoed the
BBB bill and carried water for McConnell time and time again.
He reduced the bill by several trillion dollars and torpedoed
the bill. In the meanwhile, McConnell is encouraging him to cross
the isle and join the Republican's. This all but destroys joe's
administrations' program for the first two years of his term.
there's only one way to look at this, throw Manchin out of the
party after midterm election. Then at a minimum we need at
least three more Democrat US Senators as well as a number of
US Congressmen. It's obvious that the party in power loses
seats, we must overcome this. We cannot have a
Defacto President or a Manchin type person with such leverage.
I can go on and on about our US AG. He has failed as an
US AG and would of made a terrible supreme court justice.
Garland has shown to weak and indecisive with odd theories.
He needs to resign now. We need someone that will investigate
and prosecute criminals. He will not move on the Trump issue
at all. If Trump gets back in power, He will put many in the
federal penal system. A good replacement would be a
dual appointment. former US Attorney's Pret Bharara and
Shan Wu as Co - US AG.
The Powell re appointment is unacceptable. Yes, at some
point we will have to tapper 120 b bond and Morgage backed
securities monthly purchases. His move in a variety of areas and
the planned taper is destroying hundreds of billions of capital in
our economy. He needs to resign. A good replacement would be
a dual appointments, Economist's Ben Bernanke and Robert J. Shiller
as Co - Federal Reserve & FMOC Leader.
Though this hopefully will not happen, Russia and China
regarding Ukraine and Taiwan. In January to March 2022,
we could be in a real war on two fronts. I can only hope joe
stans firm and backs up Ukraine and Taiwan militarily
and otherwise. We all know what the Chinese in Taiwan and
Russia in Ukraine will do, The possible wholesale slotter
of all Thows who oppose them. Sort a Larger more Vigueras
and Comprehensive of what took place in Afghanistan and
would be a Unprecedent, Sorrowful Betrayal in World History.
The US Congress has a direct responsibility by their action
to prevent this, Authorization of Military Force in Taiwan and
Ukraine as well as a Resolution Condemning The Russian and
Chinese invasions. Joe, President Biden cannot fail and
not stand up to this in this time frame. America, Europe - NATO
as well as the entire Free World would be fractured.
The President has no authority or right to negotiate Taiwan
and Ukraine rights and status with Putin Dictator.
The 6 conservatives on the Supreme Court do not represent
American Values and Principals. McConnel and Trump have
packed the court. Joe should pack the court with 6 Justices
that have American Values and Principals. I know it will take
60 votes in the Senate. This brings up both the Arcane Jim Crow
Filibuster Senate Rule and the complete failure of
Bicameral Congress. The house and senate should merge and
sit in joint session and joint committees. This would be cameral
legislature and Elimination of all the arcane Senate Rules.
I know there are procedural and possible constitutional issues.
The American People have Supreme and Senior Sovreign
Authority. The Federal Government and the US Constitution
have Senior Sovreign Authority and the States have Junor and
Limited Subordinate Sovreign Authority. A national snap
referendum supersedes the US Constitution. This certainly
is my interpretation and may not be a current interpretation
in the current time frame of most people. this may change
with the current failure of our US Congress.
I have to add one more issue. The SSA, The
South Suburban Airport. This political pork barrel project must
be stopped. All the major airlines do not want it. The Residence
of the; Beeche, Peotone, Will Township and Monee are
overwhelmingly opposed to it. They do not want their
property values destroyed. Build it in Rockfort. They want it, the SSA.
The Governor was presented with another option. An advanced
Technology park with an advanced technology
power plant - triple combined cycle plant with a
possible 64 % + Carnot Efficiency that would use hydrogen converted
to ammonia and back to hydrogen from Wind & Solar generated
hydrogen, not blue hydrogen from natural gas. Also, a
polytechnic institute, a hospital teaching institution as well as
corporate R & D through corporate HQ's or back up auxiliary sites.
No non advanced business - industrial business park, only
advanced technology companies. The Illinois Governor has
been silent, and he needs to address this issue now.

This article addresses a new topic. The Illinois Peotone SSA; South Suburban Airport. This project
is not a good use of public use of scares public resources. The best possible location for a third
Chicago Metropolitan Airport is in Rockford Illinois. The Rochford Political Leadership and the
General Population wont this airport for their own economic development. This would be best for
llinois economic development. It is obvious that with President Bidens Infostructure bill that
Illinois will have money for this project. There is small general aviation state airport on site already.
The severe effect on the Village of Beecher / Washington Township & Will Township will be
catastrophic from the home valuation standpoint. For example, we simply do not want to see
a 300K Home to be devastated and turn into a 150K Home Value !!!! The Runways are only
less than a mile from our homes with the airport traffic flying overhead !!! The quality of life
in our community will be ruined.
I voted for Illinois Governor Pritzker and expected to support him in the next election in 2022.
The governor is not being accurately informed on this Illinois economic development issue.
I would like to speak with him on this topic. There are other options for the roughly
2,500 acres acquired so far. This project could be developed as an Advanced Technology
State Development Park. This would be far superior to the airport plan. This State Park
could include an advanced technology triple combine cycle power plant / hydrogen - air
powered, corporate reginal national or international headquarters and R & D, a state
and or private polytechnical institute with a hospital teaching intuition, and an
advance technology industrial and business park. Not a general economic park.
The development of the project could be carried out with generous and extensive tax breaks
and other incentives. Private capital could be extensively used if this project is
properly carried out and planned. I would like to speak to the governor on this topic.
We all do not want to adversely affect the local population and certainly advance the
Illinois economic needs.

I think we all can take a deep breath and relax at the outcome with the Derek Chauvin 3 count conviction.
This will not bring back George Floyd, but it is a form of legal justice. It is only a possible 40-year sentence.
Will it be concurrent or consecutive sentence ??? Will he, Chauvin get out on good behavior ???
Will he be in solitary confinement or special custody during that time ??? Will he survive in custody ???
Whatever the case at least one former bad police officer is off the street. The three other former police officers now are
at bat at this point. National police and justice reform, at the federal level, must be put through congress
and signed into law now. We as a people cannot have law enforcement and prosecutors performing
their jobs in this way. The killing of minority Americans and African - Americans & All others is not
acceptable !!!! The AG and prosecutor did do an excellent job on this case !!!
The problems with race relations throughout this nation and it's Jim Crow process is beyond belief
for a modern country !!! America has a long way to go. Throughout this time span the killing of
African American people and others are a form of genocide and a crime against humanity!!!!

This is a major inflection point in American history. With the need for well over 2 trillion proposal being made by President Biden
In his infrastructure plan, there is an opportunity to do several things at once. I am referring to an energy program and an
tax - revenue program at the same time frame. The investor-owned electric companies will not cooperate and would be
nothing but a giant sink hole for grants and loans. The US Government, American People, could build advanced conventional
power plants on a 50 - 50 ownership split with the power companies and the investment markets. One half of any profits
would go to the federal treasury, the rest could be split between, reinvestment, research & development, and investor
distributions. this process would be tax exempt; federal, state, and local.
With the construction of 300 new 10-gigawatt advanced technology power plants built across America at an estimated 10 billion each
would deliver 3000 gigawatts to America's power grid. this would be Advanced Triple Combined Cycle Plants.
They would be composed of; Hydrogen - Air Fueled Gas Turbine - Advanced Recuperative Steam Turbines and Organic Rankin Cycle,
low boiling point materials turbines. The Hydrogen would come from; Solar, wind and geothermal sources. This project would
require Truely massive; solar, wind and geothermal project alongside the power plant program. Estimated 6 to 8 trillion totals.
Power plants and the; solar, wind and geothermal program. Cost would be spread over 15 to 20 years with only 1 to 3 trillion
in direct federal cost. This power Production would replace estimated 1/4 of the utility fleet of power plants,12,000 Megawatts.
This would replace the oldest conventional power plans: coal, oil and the oldest natural gas combustion and steam plants.
This is a major point too, the Carnot efficiency of these plants would be 74 % or more compared to well below 60 % of the older plants.
The revenue stream from this program would go a Longway to improving America's revenue needs.

Obviously we are all glad that the aid bill past the US House and Senate and that President Biden signed the bill.
It took an estimated 60 day's to do all this while many millions of Americans are suffering greatly and with
tremendous distress and loss; little food, rent - mortgage late, bills not paid, children suffering, medical
prescription's not filled and medical bills due. It all comes down to Republican political constipation better
known as obstruction and billions for corporations and nothing for the American People. Also the generally
viewed as the usual political slow walk of this prosses and of course the so-called reconciliation process
used to avoid the FILIBUSTER and the ARCAIN RULES OF THE US SENATE
it is obvious the FILIBUSTER and the ARCAIN RULES OF THE US SENATE must go Now. NO work
around by filibuster by letting it be talked to death on the floor of the US Senate. There are several ways this
can be done.
A) Bring DC, Portico, Samoa and the Virgin Islands into US State hood. This would bring into the
US Senate up to 8 more Democrat US Senate votes. Unfortunately, this will take to long, 2 years.
This should be don anyway.
B) Pass a rule change by majority vote in the US Senate. Joe Manchin and the Arizona US Senator
would obviously block this and vote with the Republicans thus throwing the American People down the
Toilet.
C) Let the American People decide in a snap election, yes or no. Depending on your interpretation.
The States have a Quasi DeFacto lowest form or level of SOVEREIGNTY in our Federal system. The
National or Federal Government is Senior Sovereign in our Federal system. The American People
are the Most Senior Supreme Sovereign. Since Trump has destroyed many aspects of our US Constitution,
The US Constitution is more of a guideline in many respects.
Another point. The US Senate has been destroyed by; McConnell, Graham, Machin and others.
We need a Cameral one chamber congress. This may be a longer term goal. In the present time frame the
US Senate cannot make it's own rules. It has to be done by legislation signed into law.
NO; FILIBUSTER - SIMPLE MAJORITY RULES, NO SENATOR CAN VETO A RESOLUTION,
NO FILIBUSTER BY PROCEDURE, NO CONSTANT ROLL CALL VOTES OR QUORUM VOTES
AND SO FORTH. UNDER ANY SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES, THE FEDERAL COURTS WILL NOT
RULE ON THESE ISSUES. A Presidential Executive Order may be used to order the snap election.
Manchin and the Arizona Senator are not likely to change their position from their Republican friend's.
Manchin is the king maker or DeFacto president like McConnell. You will probably have to use the
work around by filibuster by letting it be talked to death on the floor of the US Senate.
We do not want the next two years being deadlocked due to Republicans with little or no crossovers.

case regarding the evedance it has now is sufficient, but is trying to establish more so this case is irrefutable in
US Senate proceedings. The US Senate Republican conference is at their collective risk and failure in the
next election if they do not convict Trump. Keep in mind that the Kentucky Governor just went to a demarcate

Trumps secret conversations with foreign leaders must be investigated; President Xi Jinping, President Vladimir Putin,
Leader of North Korea Kim Jung - un. The US Congress must be advised about those converstions regardless of the
US Constituinal separation of powers of branches of government. No US President should be able to shield such
conversations when the fate of our nation is at stake.
The President or as we call him, Trump cannot be allowed to profit from the presidency or his adult children or
anyone in his administration. Indictments and Prosecution must fallow.
Then there is the Rudy Giuliani issue. He has no legal privilege from the US Congress. He is not approved by
the US Senate as a direct report to the President. All possible violations mentioned above as well as his
Possible revication from the New York Bar as well as possible State Indictment Prosecution which will
apply to all of the above as well.
I think after all this we as a nation will have a new normal. We will not go back to the same as before.

Yes the US Senate Republicans can and may ??? protect him or may not !!!! Fact, there are 12 Democrat US Senators up for
Reelection and 22 Republican Senators. We need all the Democrat seats and 19 of the Republican seats to proceed.
Maybe 19 Republicans will not protect him in the current term ??? Even if they do or not. The rest of the nation and the entire
world will see if they do or don't.
Two last points. Speaker Pelosi must be replaced in 2021 and Trump must be impeached now. The 22 Republican US Senators
and the rest of the Republican US House Conference must be voted out. The Republican Party is not a legitimate political
organization But a alleged criminal organization that qualifies for RICO status. God Save America.
I still have to make several more points, Mueller did not do his job. The DOJ Committee that set the guid lines for indicting
a sitting president is unconstitutional. Those standards need to be set by the US Congress by the legislation process.
Mueller is not a candidate for the contemporary mention in profiles in courage. We cannot wait for the completion of the
Schiff and Nadler US House Committies or for Trump's taxis. We must proceed. The NY State Attorney General Needs to
indite Trump and others now. Other states and DC may also have grounds and standing !!!! Trump has no ability to pardon
himself regarding State Indictments and it is resonable that Federal Pardoning Himself is also un constitutional.

Lets begin this series with some of the issues at hand that we face in this desperate circumstances to save America and its People.
The Trump Administration ; Trump himself, Kushner and Pence are at Americas throat and time is running out for the American People.
Speaker Pelosi is not moving on with impeachment proceedings at this time. We all hope Congressmen Nadler and Schiff and Senator
Warner will compete their committee hearings and proceed with removing Trump and Pence. We all know Senate Leader McConnell
and the Senate Republican Conference may not convict. We will have to see. Let the voters across country see this.
The Muller congressional interview may be delayed a week and the subpoenas will have to proceed as well as the US Federal Court
Legal actions in process. This will include US Attorney Barr, Treasury Secretary Mnuchin and the IRS Commissioner Charles P. Rettig
regarding Trumps Taxes and the possible Origen of Russian Money.
New York State just passed legislation to allow Trumps NY State Taxis to be provided to the congressional committees. This will be
interesting, Possible Tax evasion, bank and securities violations, money laundering, racketeering, obstruction, espionage and so forth.
this will also possibly set in motion NY State charges that cannot be pardoned by Trump or or any DOJ interference by the Attorney General
Barr or the DOJ Committee that set rules regarding federal jurisdiction prohibiting inditement of a sitting president. DC and other
states may join too.
Then lastly for now, the Epstein issue. Figuratively the fire is at the front steps of the White House. Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta
just resigned and NY State and the legal authorities may bring possible charges, human trafficking, prostration, tax evasion,
obstruction, evidence tampering, perjury, money loudening, bank and securities fraud. The question does this lead all the way
to Trump and many other notable people.

I am only going to touch on some issues. This is the XVI of XVI article in this time frame. February to April 2019.
We see at the current time frame the US House of Representatives is proceeding with a number of investigations
full speed ahead. Congressmen and Committeemen Chairman Schiff and Nadler are proceeding. The Trump Tax's
and their acquisition by subpoena is proceeding. Other Trump financial data accusition is also under way. US AG Barr is
obfuscating, Lying and facilitating and obstructing and breaking his oath of office in his ongoing actions acting
as the President's, Trump's Attorney, and not the US AG for the United States. US AG Barr Lied in his four page
synopsis report. His conclusions were all wrong and were an obstruction and contempt of congress as well as
grounds for revocation from office as the US AG. Never has any US AG been so Dishonist as US AG Barr.
Speaker Pelosi said that Trump is unfit to be the President of the US but will not proceed with impeachment
at this time. We need to underscore again that the DOJ under US AG Barr does not or should not determine
If a sitting President can be indite or not and the rules related to this. Only the US Congress through the
legislative process can. There is a DOJ committee that rules on this. This is improper. Congress needs to
correct this. US Senator Lynsey Graham continues to break his oath of office, Lying, obfuscating,
facilitating and obstructing in his opposition and actions. Let me make several last points. There was
obstruction, at least 10 such occurrences were laid out in the Mueller report.
As far as Collusion - Conspiracy - Espionage, Mueller did not prove it, But he did not
vindicate or exonerate Trump either. This has to be made crystal clear. Trump - Kushner an Pence represent
a possible and theoretical ongoing national security threat and they may have compromised the
executive branch and America. No one has emerged as the clear majority candidate for the Democrat
Party nomination. Joe Biden has taken the lead in the poles, he may not be the right one as an emergency
war time president of the US and the one that can beet Trump 16 months from now !!! We have to see who will
emerge. The Democrat field is crowded, perhaps someone else will step forward ? Colin Powell for president
and Ms. Shirley Ann Jackson Phd. and President of RPI in Troy NY for Vice President. The last point.
Mueller did not do any favors to the US and the American People. I know he was under DOJ Rules that need to
be laid out in legislation and not DOJ Rules by a US AG or some other DOJ Committee. Mueller could of
clearly state the Trump and company were not Clearly and Boldly Not Vindicated or Exonerated.
Mueller was Waffling - Timid and Mealy Mouth without and Conviction or Exactitude. He does not
deserved to be honored or to be nominated for any meddles of freedom or contemporary form of
profiles in courage !!! Again, this can never happen again, No special investigation can go forward like this again
without US Congressional and or Judicial oversight again. One man or small group can hold the nation
in it's grip and our nation is in such jeopardy and supreme risk and danger.
A new series will begin in May and run through December this year.
This article is being written just one day before the heavily redacted Mueller Special Counsel report is released
on Thursday this week. The US House Committees will then subpoena the Mueller report in full, all pages, and all
supporting documents as well as Trumps Taxes and his affiliated companies and organizations. We do not know if
Special Counsel Mueller up held his oath of office and performed his job or not. That is why the US House
committees, Congressman Nadler an Congressman Schiff and other committees will continue to investigate
and possibly move to Impeach. There will be an uncertain future in the US Senate where the the Republicans
are putting party over country - their oath of office and loyalty to our nation is at stake. McConnell and his
band of possible disloyal Republican Conference operate to disrupt. Mr. Barr US AG will have to face sanctions too.
Obstruction, Facilitation, Racketeering, Conspiracy, Oath of Office and Impeachment as well as others too.
Other events are moving to. North Korea and their advancing nuclear program and our need to strike them
for our own survival. The South China Sea, Eastern Europe, Syria and Venezuela as well as the strife here
in a America all under Trump systematically attempting to destroy our nation. Back to the Mueller,
We can never have one person or a group operating under a Cloke of Secrecy without Congressional
and or Judicial oversight hold our nation in their hands and decide our future and possibly facilitate and
conspire to adversity effect our nation. I will not write the last article in this series for two weeks
after the Mueller Report is fully examined and events have taken place.

North Korea. They continue to build ICBM's and Nuclear Warheads and install them for deployment. Next up we are
waiting for the China Trade Agreement. let's see how much and in what way we are sold out by Trump and his
associates; Mike Pompeo and John Bolton. Last, The US House Investigations continue as well as the US Federal
Attorneys NYSD Office and now the State Attorney Generals. This nation is totally compromised and we
in America will be luckily under Gods Grace to hold on to our nation and way of life. Last point Trump and
associate are trying to intimidate the American People with threats of violence through rogue members of
our nation; Bikers, Ganges, Rogue Military & Police, KKK, Conservitive Extremist, Confederates, Nazis and
other barbaric and Disloyal Americans as well as threats to our nation.

of the US Congress, Closed Door Executive Session and in Public Session. Even though he is very flawed person he will
supply testimony very damaging to Trump as well as the materials and exhibits he will submit. All the US House
investigations are going forward as well as the completion of the Mueller Report to AG Barr and the US Congress as
well as the American Public. No new news on Trump's Taxis yet. State AG's are proceeding in their process. The

or records or staff support. God knows what he is doing in the room with the North Korean Leader. One last
thing. Trump did not know what a MoU is, It is a contract nation to nation, The Chinese Lead Negotiator just laughed
in Trump's face in the White House. McConnell US Senate, You have failed the nation as well as McCarthy in the
House and Both Republican Conferences House and Senate, You all have not fatefully carried out your Oath of Office.
The Trump Illegal Unconstitutional National Emergency - Boarder Wall Hopefully will be stopped in the US Federal

available to congress and the American public. Trumps taxis will be ordered from the IRS soon - a Week or so.
A Finance Committee Chairmen in the US House has legal authority to order the IRS to supply Trumps Taxis.
these events will swirl around Trump - Kushner - Pence alleged Crime Family - Spy and Espionage Ring and
Racketeering and Corrupt Organization RECO Operation in the Weeks ahead. God Save America.
One last thing; We do not know what type of listing devices the Russians have in the White House, DoJ and
State Department. Our nation is totally Compromised. They are Dancing in the halls in the - Kremlin / Putin &

China, Our nation's economy being destroyed due to Chinese Currency Manipulation - Cyber Theft of Technology
and a wretched trade deal with China not to mention the threat of North Korea and their continued construction
of more nuclear warheads and ICBM's, We cannot forget the damage to our economy and the national values
and the social safety net and the wretched 2.4 T Trump Tax giveaway to the rich. The next 3 to 4 weeks may
tell the story, God save America and the American People. One last point; Trump's Taxis must be provided
to the Mueller Investigation - US House & Senate Investigation - US Attorney NY Southern District - the
American People and the Mueller Investigation Report provided to all the above without Changes or Redactions.
We really need to wait to see what happens with US Democrat House legislation, Investigations and subpoenas
as well as the Mueller Russia Investigation in the next 3 to 5 weeks, February time frame. We currently have the
US Government Budget and Trump Mexico Wall issue and the potential US Government National Credit Lowering
that may take place soon, This is our National Credit Worthiness. This will effect all of us in a merger way.
Also the threat that Trump may declare a national emergency and just take over the nation and
declare marshal law as well as posse comitatus. The US Law Enforcement and US Military may not
follow such Illegal, Unconstitutional, Unlawful and Immoral orders. Truly the mother of all US Constitutional
Crisis for our nation. The Governmental Shutdown put over 800,000 Federal workers out of work plus contractors.
All the US Financial Benefits to the public are at risk. This all threatens the US economy and the US Public at large.
All the federal programs meant to safe guard us like; HLS, FDA and other federal agencies. We have to consider
what will take place with Trump adult children and others who will be testifying in congress and grand juries
as well as the next set of Mueller indictments as well as theTrump taxes being revealed along with all the
possible Russian money that may be involved. There may be an end in site with Trump Negotiating his
own departure - resignation for a plea agreement and an end to this national nightmare. Then there is the
Pence connection to Manifort and the Russians and the beginning of his legal process. We may yet see the
end of the alleged Trump - Kushner - Pence Crime Family and Spy Ring and Espionage Affaire.
Of course there is still the Russians and Chinese - North Koreans; Eastern Europe, South China Sea, Taiwan,
South Korea, They have not forgotten us. and of course the US Federal Reserve increasing interest rates and
2 and 10 US Securities Inversion causing a national if not international resession that obliterates the US Economy.
Keep in mind that the US could also lose its International Reserve Currency Status with all this going on.

Decontaminate the Supreme Court and the Balance of the Federal Court System of Trump Appointees,
Proper Maintaining and Reestablishing the Social Programs - the Social Net including the improved
ACA Obama National Health Program, A More Robust Economic System that does not leave the American

Permanent Way To Generous Nature of Corporate Tax Break for Corporations and the Tax Brackets Favoring
the Billionaires - Millionaires Corporations and all types of Business Entities, The All For The Wealthy and
the Blazes to the rest of us approach, The US House Version is as bad or worse !!!! This is Financial and Economic
Eugenics and Cleansing if I ever saw it !!! This bill now go's to a US House - Senate Reconciliation Committee.
From there to a strait up vote in both Houses of Congress, Yea or Nay. Only one US Republican Senator voted
against the tax bill because it busted the US Budget by as much or more then 1.4 T $ over ten years.

The National Defence budget does not cover the needs of our nation to protect itself;
Both the intelligence budget and defence budget must be sound and cover our national needs.

The Republican and Trump Death Bill. One Seventh of the US Economy and the life and death issues around this

We need to correct and move to an Alternate Competitive Free Enterprise System.
Under this system and process the US Government will own a share of major corporations
and or go partners with corporations to raise revenue and to achieve goals and objectives.
Maintain a central bank, US Federal Reserve, as a direct central part of the US Government and to
Re Establish the Bank of the United States of America. This bank was abolished during the
Andrew Jackson Administration.
We need a single National Tax System today. Not the system we have now. This system needs to be based on
a number of factors; The Federal Government through the Bank of the United States owning 20 % of the
common stock of the largest corporations in America, 10,000 largest corporations. This would be accomplished
through corporate stock dilution of those companies stock. Also these companies would pay 5 % gross receipts tax as well.
Only limited corporate tax deduction at all. Americans would pay income tax on a graduated scale of 1 % to 10 %
of their income. This would apply to people's in come above 250,000.00 $ and up. Home or Auto Sales,
Solar or Wind or Battery - Fuel Cell Storage, Geothermal Energy Systems and Insulation,
Specified Home Improvements, Corporate New Hiring and Upgrading Plant and Equipment as well
as R & D would be allowed as specified as tax deductions. Education Tax Deductions, Corporate Education and
Training deductions and so forth. Also the home interest and local tax deduction would still apply.
The United States needs a Non Bankruptcy National Receivership covering a 12 year time period. The last 4 years
would be a phase out period. This would provide for an opportunity for our nation to reorganize and move forward.

Yesterday President Trump fired FBI Director Comey based on the recommendation of the US Deputy AG DOJ
Rod J. Rosenstien. As America continue to slide towards banana republic status our nation and it's people are in great
jeopardy. Trump continues to move the nation towards an authoritarian direction and systematically undermining our
republic and the rule of law as well as transparency and democracy. Trump said he lost confidence in Director Comey
and fired him based on the US Deputy AG's recommendations. This right after FBI Director Comey asked but did not
receive additional resources for the Russia - Trump National Security Investigation. Director Comey requested these
resources last week.
Democrats and the US Public at large are calling for a Special Prosecutor to be appointed. The appointment would be
through the Deputy AG DOJ and he could fire the special prosecutor under Trump's orders. What is needed is a
Federal District Court Magistrate to make the appointment and oversee the investigation. Our nation and it's
people are at great jeopardy and risk in this time frame. Trump is looking to have a good governmental financial
shutdown in his words this fall or sooner and then declare a national state of emergency and set aside the US Constitution.
This all fits in with the Trump - Bannon - Pence Republican Tea Party Class Warfare Process taking place.

pay. The Republicans wont 65 year olds to work to be eligible for Medicare benefits. Doesn't that sound peachy. Think
about that !!! US Senator Bernie Sanders said that people will die due to this legislation. He was referring to Americans
not having health coverage due to this legislation. The Republicans and Trump will lie and keep lying, This is the
Big Lie started by Joseph Goebbels in world war II. This is the BIG LIE that is told over and over as fact. The Republicans
are engaged in one of the largest transfers of wealth in human history here in the US at the expense of the rest of the
American People. This is for the benefit of the top 2 % at the expense of the rest of us. This legislation should fail in the

We need to correct and move to an Alternate Competitive Free Enterprise System.
Under this system and process the US Government will own a share of major corporations
and or go partners with corporations to raise revenue and to achieve goals and objectives.
Maintain a central bank, US Federal Reserve, as a direct central part of the US Government and to
Re Establish the Bank of the United States of America. This bank was abolished during the
Andrew Jackson Administration.
We need a single National Tax System today. Not the system we have now. This system needs to be based on
a number of factors; The Federal Government through the Bank of the United States owning 20 % of the
common stock of the largest corporations in America, 10,000 largest corporations. This would be accomplished
through delusion of those companies stock. Also these companies would pay 5 % gross receipts tax as well.
Only limited corporate tax deduction at all. Americans would pay income tax on a graduated scale of 1 % to 10 %
of their income. This would apply to people's in come above 150,000.00 $ and up. Home or Auto Sales,
Solar or Wind or Battery - Fuel Cell Storage, Geothermal Energy Systems and Insulation,
Specified Home Improvements, Corporate New Hiring and Upgrading Plant and Equipment as well
as R & D would be allowed as specified as tax deductions. Education Tax Deductions, Corporate Education and
Training deductions and so forth.
The United States needs a Non Bankruptcy National Receivership covering a 12 year time period. The last 4 years
would be a phase out period. This would provide for an opportunity for our nation to reorganize and move forward.

came from has managed to destroy or revers almost all of the foundational work of; FDR, HST, DDE, JFK, LBJ and
Former President Barack Obama.
From possible treason to racketeering to gross negligence to numerous oath of office issues and the facilitation
of the Republican Conferences in both houses of congress that leaves our nation in great jeopardy we now find our
selves. This President, Trump and his Administration could end up destroying our nation long before the upcoming
mid term elections in November 2018.
Trumps henchmen; Bannon, Page, Flynn, Priebus, Sessions, Tillerson, Acosta, Devos, Manafort, Ivonka, Kushner,
Don Jr. & Eric Trump, Rep. Devin Nunes, Manafort, Pence and of course the two Washington Roses Conway and Spicer
providing aid an comfort to those that do not mean us well. Of course this is only a limited list
there are many more. They will surface and come to light as we proceed. These people are
like a metastasizing cancer that need to be legally removed from office or position of influence,
complete revocation of position and office.
Every American must act as legal minded involved participating responsible citizens at this critical point in time.
Demand that the US Congress do it's job and impeach and convict Trump as well as Pence. Also the complete
thorough prosecution of those in and associated with trumps administration for any illegal acts.

Judge Neil Gorsuch was unconstitutionally placed on the US Supreme Court eclipsing Presidential Nominee
Merrick Garland. US Senator McConnell the Republican Conference Leader and Majority Leader in the Senate

This was unconstitutional on the part of US Senator McConnell. Mr. McConnell and Mr. Gorsuch need to be
removed from office through a full revocation process during any national non bankruptcy receivership.

Clarence Thomas as with Scalia where not in good behavior as they served on the US Supreme Court. These
people did not stand for any of the values, standards or principals America stands for. Like Gorsuch this is
an abomination to our nation. These people serve under the infamous Bork values.
We continue to see the Trump and Trump Administration three ring circus continue to operate. The ongoing
Bannon abomination continue to cripple our nation as we face possible war in Syria and North Korea
as well as Russia and China. We all know that Bannon is a national Security Threat and needs
to be removed from US Government Service. Thank God he was removed from the
National Security Counsel and Defence Secretary Mattice, DNI Coats and
DoD Joint Chief of Staff Dunford are now on the National Security Counsel and now lead that Agency.
We see that the Trump Health Care Plan as it fails, Crashed and Burned. We see the socalled tax reform and
infrastructure plans flounder and fail. We also now see the US National Budget Process on the verge of failure
and latter this year the national debt ceiling that could fail. Billions for corporations and billionaires and
millionaires will not work as Trump conducts on going class warfare on the rest of the nations population.

Under this system and process the US Government will own a share of major corporations
and or go partners with corporations to raise revenue and to achieve goals and objectives.
Maintain a central bank, US Federal Reserve, as a direct central part of the US Government and to
Re Establish the Bank of the United States of America. This bank was abolished during the
Andrew Jackson Administration.
We need a single National Tax System today. Not the system we have now. This system needs to be based on
a number of factors; The Federal Government through the Bank of the United States owning 20 % of the
common stock of the largest corporations in America, 10,000 largest corporations. This would be accomplished
through delusion of those companies stock. Also these companies would pay 5 % gross receipts tax as well.
Only limited corporate tax deduction at all. Americans would pay income tax on a graduated scale of 1 % to 10 %
of their income. This would apply to people's in come above 150,000.00 $ and up. Home or Auto Sales,
Solar or Wind or Battery - Fuel Cell Storage, Geothermal Energy Systems and Insulation,
Specified Home Improvements, Corporate New Hiring and Upgrading Plant and Equipment as well
as R & D would be allowed as specified as tax deductions. Education Tax Deductions, Corporate Education and
Training deductions and so forth.
The United States needs a Non Bankruptcy National Receivership covering a 12 year time period. The last 4 years
would be a phase out period. This would provide for an opportunity for our nation to reorganize and move forward.
