The Failure of the Banking and Financial Industry in America.
We all relies at this point that the banking and financial industry
in America has failed. The United States Government bailed
them out to the tune of trillions of dollars and is prepared to
Barrow & Monetize even more. This industry cannot supply
money to companies for their; inventories, current projects
and payroll. The industry will not even provide mortgages
that are within reach of the average qualified barrower.
Try and get a mortgage with less than a 750 FICO and
20 % + cash down and other requirements. This industry
is in open rebellion against the United States of America
and the American People and their Most Senior Sovereignty
and Supremacy over the US Government and the
Constitution and the 50 State Governments and their
State Charters.
I think and I also think you believe that a sea change is well
over due for the Banking and Financial Industry in our
nation. The Politicians have failed and cannot and will not
attempt to fix this issue. This all ties in with the
implementation of the “ Political and Economic Eugenics “
being applied to America by the Wealthy, Well Healed and
Well Placed. The Financial and Banking Industry is working
double overtime in open rebellion against the American People
to destroy the Middle Class. Yes this is Class Warfare
by the Wealthy, Well Healed and Well Placed.
NO You Republicans and Tea Party People WILL
Not Stop the Discussion when we bring this up
along with the Millionaires and Billionaires,
The Wealthy and Well Healed and Well Placed.
WE WILL PROCEED WITHOUT YOU. You are but a
small part of the American Population. Regarding The
Politicians that will be replaced, this is coming sooner
then they think through the American People and their
Most Senior Sovereignty and Supremacy over the
US Government and the Constitution and the
50 State Governments and their State Charters.
Let’s look at what should be done to mitigate and correct this
monstrosity and foul and twisted industry, the Banking
and Financial Industry. Regarding a verity of approaches
I will just list a few initiatives with even more
later.
A) There are at least 800 + banks and financial institutions
on the FDIC Troubled Banks and Financial Institutions List.
The most troubled 1,200 most troubled banks and
financial institutions would be seized and federally
marshaled and put under federal supervision to be reorganize
and restructure. Bank and Financial Institution Boards and
Board Appointed Officials would be employment terminated
and denied reemployment and professional association with
any financial firm for three years. Some of these firms would
be liquidated and sold off piecemeal, others would be merged
and reconstituted, others would be sold off to current firms in
good financial standing and still others would be retained as
permanent or semi-permanent quasi part of the Bank of the
United States of America.
B) The Bank of the United States of America would be established
as a legislative department of the United States Government.
The bank would be quasi-public – private owned and would be
required to make a profit. The bank would be triple tax exempt.
This institution would provide loans and tax shelters,
triple tax exempt, for a variety of purposes; Nuclear Power
Plants and Associated Industrial Infrastructure, Medium and
Large Industrial and Business Projects, Home Modifications
that Qualify for Re Mods, 100 Oil and Gas Refineries and Large
Storage Facilities and also 4,000 Large Sales and Distribution
Centers that are Quasi Public Private owned and Triple Tax
Exempt to help in the Fight Against Price and Supply
Manipulation by the Oil and Gas Industry Domestic and
Foreign and again against Financial Entities Domestic and
Foreign. These facilities would also be able to be upgraded
to support natural gas & electric powered vehicles.
The Bank would be able to perform all services
in this industry; Banking, Trust Services, Finance, Risk
Management and Securities and Commodities Services.
Since American Banking and Financial Industry Interest
do not want to perform and are in open rebellion
other means will be found for the nation to move forward.
Existing Banking and Financial Industry Firms that
cooperate will still have the privilege of access to the
Federal Window at the Federal Reserve. Those that
do not will not have access.
Keep in mind that the US Federal Government through
the Bank of the United States of America will also be
involved in banking and financial service, power plant
construction an operation, public utilities construction and
operation, airport and harbor construction
and operation as well as other major projects directly
and in joint venture with business and industry.
This will eventually bring in substantial revenue
and national income.
C) Housing. The making homes affordable programs have failed. 6 to 7 million
people were supposed to be helped. Only 880,000 so far have completed
these programs. In the meantime the banks have repossessed and an enormous
number of homes and made billions in the process to the excruciating misery
of many Americans. All owners – investors, economic institutions would be forced
to sell any mortgage made between January 1 2004 and up to now that meets
a new emergency housing relief program guide lines. Home Owners would
need 38 % debt to equidy to quolify for this program as well as other inprovments.
Sales would be mark to mark, original under written price prorated sale at
current market price of the home. 42 year mortgages would be issued
to all those qualified. Payments would be spread over 42 years. 40 years
of payments with up to 24 months that could be skipped by the home owner
one month at a time or several months at a time.
Monthly payments would be date range certain and not date certain. Example;
payment would be on time if paid range certain the first to the fifteens of each month.
No grace period after that. A federal institution would buy the mortgages
from the economic institutions utilizing federal paper and or a fifty year bond
full faith and trust of the United States of America. Private economic entities
could offer 42 year mortgages on the same basis at prevailing interest rates
on their own. Obviously a lot more than this would have to be done.
D) We all know that are Federal Reserve cannot continue this way;
Private companies having stock in this institution, Operating
in secret, All of them in the Fed having knowledge the public does not,
Presidential Appointments with Senate Advice and Consent,
No Elected Officials running the Fed as it should be, Institutions
like GE on the NY Fed Board Branch, The exercise of vast financial
power by governmental Fiat by Non-Elected Officials, No
real time review by the American Public – Always Operating
under a Cloak of Secrecy. I think we all know there is a
better way with fairness, efficiency, transparency and
economically sound manor.
Other US Congressional Reforms and Mandates; All State Treasurers
and State Comptrollers would run and operate the Federal Reserve and
the FMOC. The 12 Members that are in the majority party or coalition would
be the FMOC and be the Executive Agency of the Federal Reserve.
D) The Justice Department would be reviewed by a commission with
subpoena powers and deposition authority. The Commission would review
the DOJ and the Banking and Financial and Real Estate Industry
for criminal and civil violations of the US Code and other Statutes
regarding the financial meltdown and why there has been no
significant prosecutions so far. Special prosecutors and special
grand juries along with organized crime task forces would be
ready to conduct Criminal and Civil RICO Investigations and
Prosecutions. These unites would be outside of the DOJ and
Selected Law Enforcement and Prosecutorial Personnel would be
Selected. They would not answer to the Attorney General or the DOJ.
E) A complete revamp of the NASD and SEC and State Financial
Licensing programs. This program would be completely and
comprehensively reviewed and changed. Also with this process
the concept of Self-Regulation would be no more. The Federal
Government would re train and reeducate the financial
regulators and greatly increase their numbers to protect the
American People.
F) Our nation would upgrade our Credit Union’s, their authority and the type
and manner of the services they offer equal to the national & commercial banks.
Added education & training as well as added oversight and compliance
would be provided.
G) The reenactment of the Roosevelt Administration 1930’s legislation
on a contemporary updated and modernized basis;
* ( WPA ) Works Project Administration.
* ( NIRA ) National Industrial Recovery Act.
* ( CCC ) Civilian Conservation Corp.
* ( AAA ) Agricultural Adjustment Administration.
* ( NRA ) National Recovery Administration.
H) Declare a national energy and economic emergency.
Do all the above as well as additional actions and
implementations. Move immediately on the energy
issue. We have no energy program and never have we
had one in this nation. We need immediate to act yesterday.
Here are some points;
*Build 100 Oil and Gas Refineries and Large
Storage Facilities and also 4,000 Large Sales and Distribution
Centers that are Quasi Public Private owned and Triple Tax
Exempt to help in the Fight Against Price and Supply
Manipulation by the Oil and Gas Industry Domestic and
Foreign and again against Financial Entities Domestic and
Foreign. These facilities would also be able to be upgraded
to support natural gas & electric powered vehicles.
* Build conventional Natural Gas Powered Power Plants,
Triple Combined Cycle. Gas Turbine – High efficiency
Steam Turbine and Organic Rankin Power Heat Recovery
Recuperative Turbine Generators. 10,000 gegawatts
capacity built over 25 year time frame, 400 plants
25 gegawatts each throughout the nation. Base load unites
goal of 65+ % Carnot efficiancy with a
goal of 85 to 92 + % utilization.
* Built 200 new type IV Nuclear Power Plants in the
50 gegawatt range using the Canadian model of using
natural uranium and heavy water. Total 10,000 gegawatts.
* Build 10 breeder reactors and repossessing plants.
* Quick path rocket docket approach investigate the
feasibility of immediately building traveling wave rectors.
* Intensify all energy research, R & D, regarding; conventional
power generation, combustion technology, standard
soon to be current Type IV reactors, High energy and low
energy fusion power.
* Installation of massive numbers of wind power facilities.
Continuing research as to the best type of wind power
types and their application.
* Limited solar power implementation with substantial R & D
to speed up its use. Engineering plus market pricing may
make this process more viable sooner then we think.
* Synthetic fuels, coal, plankton or other chemical based
fuels in the synthetic area and greatly intensified R & D.
* Other green renewables as to whatever can economically
and efficiently be utilized.
* Investigate and implement a total modernization and
standardization of the national power grid or smart grid.
I)
Here is several more items that need to be factored into
this process of reform and change as well as justice and equity.
Abrogation of Right to Work Laws and implementation of
union reforms and upgrades; upgrade of the Wagner Act,
proper restructuring limitations of the Taft Hartley Act as well as
Union Card Check implementation.
We cannot permit the denial of basic human rights such as
the right of voluntary association, union representation and
collective bargaining. The Abrogation of Right to Work Laws
and implementation of union reforms and upgrades;
upgrade of the Wagner Act, proper restructuring of the
Taft Hartley Act as well as Union Card Check implementation
are all part of this process.
I think Martin Luther King said it best, paraphrase, “ We must
bring human rights out of the shadow of States rights “.
No State Government or even the Federal Government
can deny these rights or obstruct or interfere with them
and expect to have a truly free and just society.
I think this is the type of methods and process that makes
sence in dealing with the economic and energy issues
we face toiday.
J)
Here are a number of other pertinent points that America is in very
bad need of.
Topic; The shipment and transfer of American Jobs overseas.
As we all know many American Corporations move employment
overseas. A comprehensive program must be created to
retain these jobs and penalize corporations from
moving jobs overseas. Not subsidizing this
migration of American Employment overseas.
Topic; Over regulation regarding permits, studies, licenses,
applications, regulations of all types and all other
requirements in America.
The situation regarding regulations is totally out of control.
We as a nation must have a proper balance of regulation
and progress and economic growth. This whole
situation must be studied, acted upon and effectuated.
This situation regarding regulation is choking our nation
and preventing the economic growth we need in American.
Topic; Intellectually Property, Patent’s & Copyrights.
We all know we must protect our intellectual property
and safe guard our future. I cannot emphasize more
this issue and the impact on our nation we are
dealing with at the hands of our nations enemies.
Topic; Currency Manipulation and Import Export Protectionism.
Nations that are involved in this at our expense will hear
from us. We will look out after our national interest.
No more sweet deals or looking the other way.
Fair trade is expected with proper currency value.
We must work with other nations regarding GATT and
other trade and financial treaties. We cannot build a
tariff and import regulatory wall or Smoot Holly type Act
and expect to be part of the international community.
We must still lookout after our national interest.
Topic; Product Labeling regarding; Origen, % Content,% Mfg., % Assembly
ingredients, Chemicals, Dangers & Warnings, Instructions,
Dimensions and Weights & Measures, Specifications, Standards,
Licensesing, Engineering Specifications, Maintenance,
Warranties and guaranties, Nutrition Facts, Safety & Hazards,
Material Contents.
The above speaks for itself. The American People expect this.
Topic; Immigration Reform and national transparency of all
of American Governmental Immigration policies & regulations.
Thorough publication of all immigration quotas per nation of
origin and any other pertinent facts and information.
The American borders must be protected and secured. Illegal aliens in our
country now must be given the opportunity to be put on
path to US citizenship and documented as well as
integrated into our population by being qualified to
speak American English as the American National
Legal Language.
Topic; All duties and tariff and trade information and all
pertinent information regarding this area of information.
This information is required by the American People.
This level of transparency is required to protect
the American People and prevent subterfuge
and abuse of special financial interest.
