Let me provide some background on myself as the,
Author Publisher Editor and Chief of the book and web site
Political Economy 2011, A Call to Action. My background has
been with depth and breath in a number of areas
that pertain to what I am attempting to accomplished with the
book and web site “Political Economy 2011, A Call to Action “.
Let me expand on this and provide a general picture of myself.
I attended a High School in upstate NY until the start of my senior year
prior to going into the US Marines for 3 years. I went in at 17 and was
honorably discharged RE1A as a Sergeant E5 at 20 years old.
I did graduate High School at Kubasoki HS on Okinawa Japan.
I later attended a community college and a university.
I went into the USMC as a E1 Private at Parries Island SC. After that
I completed Advanced Infantry School at New River NC. From there
the Marine Corps sent me to 29 Palms CA were I completed my
electronics school, Anti-Aircraft Electronics Warfare School.
As a trained Air Controller on the Navy Marine Corp Tactical
Data System I was ready to proceed and move on to my OJT. I left 29 Palms
an E2 PFC. I was sent for OJT to El Toro Marine Corps Air Base at the
Tactical Air Command Center. I was an Air Controller. I left El Toro CA
as a Lance Corporal E3. From El Toro the USMC sent me to Ewakuni
Marine Corp Air Station in Japan. I stayed 18 months in South East
Asia as an Air Controller and Strike Controller. The Marine Air Support
Squadron I was attach to had detachments at; Subic Bay Philippines
Air Support Radar Team, Okinawa Japan Direct Air Support Center
and ASRAT. The Squadron I was attached to was transferred to
Futema Air Base Okinawa Japan. While at Futema my squadron
was put on standby for deployment to An Loc Republic of
Viet Nam. We were not sent and went off standby.
During this time frame I spent time aboard ship, made an
amphibious landing at Pusan South Korea. I left
South East Asia a Corporal E4. I completed my Marine Corp
career assigned to another MASS at Cherry Point NC and
assigned to an Air Control and Radar Surveillance Center
at New River NC my last station. About 8 months before I
left the USMC I was promoted one last time to Sergeant E5
as an equivalent to being a Chief Air Controller. I held a
Security Clearance the entire time I spent in the Service.
I had a National Defense Ribbon and a Good Conduct Ribbon
and had qualified as a Marksman Rifleman, m14 & m16. I was also qualified
familiarization on all standard USMC Infantry Weapons; 45 automatic,
plastic – det cord and blasting caps, grenades, mortars 60 & 81 mm,
mines claymore, m79, star light scope,
machine gun m60, recoilless rifle, 3.5 rocket launcher,
laws rocket and their employment. I had qualifications regarding;
AN/UPS One Search - Survailence Radar, AN/TPQ 10 ASRT
Pencil Beam Radar, AN/TRC 75, PRC 77 & PRC 25 Radios,
AN/UYQ 3 Air - Ground/Mobil DASC Cammand Center,
TACC & HDC Cammand Centers, The Navy - Marine Tactical
Data System. This was all part of the Marine - Navy
Anti Aircraft Electronics Warfare Program that was
taught at Twentynine Palms California and used around the world.
At one point before I went stateside from Okinawa
Japan at a adjaycent base facility at Futema Marine Air Station I brought
my AN/TPQ 10 up and tracked a SR - 71 from Kadena AFB, end of the
runway to altidude, it was out of range in less then 7 seconds.

While in college I was non matriculated. I studied a wide variety of
course material; Science Series, Geology Series, Mathematics Series,
American History Series, Political Science, Economics, Psychology,
English Series, Western Civilization Series, Biology Series,
Mechanical Engineering Design Series and a variety of other course
work. I did not graduate but have the equivalent in credit hours of
3 years, junior year level.
I did work in a variety of industrial position, General Electric Schenectady
NY as a machine operator in two separate time frames. I worked at the
Watervliet Arsenal as a Machine Tool Operator, milling machine,
drill press, lathes. MTO is a machinist without papers and is not classified
as a machinist. Utilization of; dial gauge indicators, jo blocks, height gauges,
Rockwell Hardness Testing, Surface Condition Testing,
first piece check instruments, depth gauges, tenth dial gauge indicators
and other instruments as well as production run and tooling set up
and first piece check.
When I applied at first to the Watervliet Arsonal I was offerd a Drafting
Design position at the Ben'et Labortaries. I should have eccepted.
I did not eccept and eccepted a position in the Cannon Manufacturing
Department, 105mm, 120mm, 175mm, 8 inch, 37mm cannon breech block
and firing mechanism dep.
During my career I worked at an electronics company in Schenectady NY
as an Electronics Technician. I utilizes; test equipment, oscilloscopes,
data analyzers, meters and gauges in the course of my work with
motherboards, receivers down to the component level.
I also worked at a composites material technology company at the
Rensselear Polytechnic Institute Technology Park in
North Greenbush NY. I was a Composites Materials Technician and
Tooling Manager. The company and as well as myself worked on the following
projects. The company worked on composite materials bridge
for a government agency. The company also worked on a deep sea
instrument tubs for an oceanographic institute, and the company
worked on aircraft engine components and space tubes project for
a major chemical company and a government agency. The space
tubes was an R & D Project, the government agency used modules
in the space station program and the composites tube latticework was not used.
I had been offerd a drafting design position with EB, Electric Boat in Groton
Connecticut on the Ohio SSBN Submerine Program in cluding moving expences,
but I turned down that opertunity. I was also offerd a machinist position at
Sikorsky in Windsor Connecticut. I had turned down that opertunity too.
My career also included employment at an engineering technology and R & D
company in Latham NY. I was in the R & D Section of an Engineering
Design Group as a Mechanical Draftsman. I worked on an aircraft engine
balancing system for a government agency, the F100 PW Aircraft Engine.
I also worked on a variety of High Efficiency Steam and Organic Rankin Cycle
Turbine R & D Projects. Another project I worked on was a High Efficiency
Dynamic Rotating Boiler System. Other projects either for government agencies
or private companies and industry groups such as EPRI, IEEE,
Abbott Labs, Mobil Oil, National Labortories Sandia and GRI that
involved areas such as materials science R & D and bearing testers
and electric power.
I went through an Engineering Contract Agency and through them went back
to work to the General Electric Company in Schenectady NY.
During my time at Schenectady GE I worked on Demestic and Foreign
Commercial Customers Projects regarding engineering and technical support for
pland and emergency outages for parts and services. Later I was
promoted a sent to Oak Brook Ill to a Regional Field Engineering Office.
At Oak Brook I was a Materials Specialist. In Schenectady I worked as a Purchasing
and Technical Support Specialist. The positions involved supporting
power companies and industrial users of Steam and Gas Turbine Generators
and Balance of Plant Materials – parts and services. This was the third time
I was employed by GE. In my positions I provided technical support,
standard and emergency outage support, negotiated price and terms
and established logistics. While at GE Schenectady I completed Copic Cosdam
Computer Software Training program and attended GE Turbine University.
After I left GE Oak Brook – Chicago Illinois I went into the Brokerage Industry
for a number of major Wall Street firms as a Securities Broker. I had a series
of licenses; Series 7, S63, S65, S31 and Illinois Life / Health Accident and Long
Term Care Licenses. I worked in Down Town Chicago. I also worked in New York
City NY at the World Trade Center Bldg. 2# 79th Floor. This was before 9/11 in the
late 1990’s. I have also studied for the level one CFP. I was in Securities, Bonds,
Insurance and Options – Futures.
I left the Securities Industry and was in the Automotive Sales Industry at one
small dealerships and one large dealership. I was assigned to the Chicago Auto
Show and won the Merchandising Award by the Dealerships.
I was employed at a major university in their Social Science Research Department.
I collected data, interviewed subjects and electronically filed reports. The clients
were mostly government agencies. Lots of people skills involved and lots of
interaction with staff and the public. I worked for this Social Science Research
Group for the university on two occasions for several years each time.
While at the University Social Science Research Group Myself and a number of
employees attempted to form a union through the AFL – CIO – IUE / CWA.
Several other unions tried to help use to. The Wagner Act and the National
Labor Relations – NLRB just did not have enough teeth in them to protect us
from the predatory exploitive nature of this university, their lawyers and the associated
Social Science Research Group. In the final analysis there was insufficient support
due to a very substantial aggressive predatory exploitive coercive nature
of this institution.
In-between the two times I was working for the university social science research
group, I volunteered for the Red Cross of Greater Chicago. This was for
Katrina – Rita. I was to be sent to New Orleans LA. I was sent to Dallas TX and
assigned to San Antonio TX at Lackland and Kelly AFB. I worked at
the shelter complex their as a Case Worker assisting hundreds of
American Refugee’s. These people had no homes, no food, little clothing,
only what they could carry, many did not have all their documents
which had to be reconstructed through agencies. Many of these people
needed medical help. The Red Cross and other Agencies helped in
many ways considering what these people went through. I was very
glad I could play a role in helping these people recover.
Let me provide some political insight also that will help you
understand my political thought process. I started politically
supporting Hubert Humphrey. At that point I was not old enough
to vote in the late 1960’s. I later voted for George McGovern.
I did think we should be in Viet Nam but supported McGovern’s
social agenda and opposed Nixon. Next I voted for Jimmy Carter
due to his navy nuclear background and his honesty. Dering this
entire period I was an Independent Voter. I became a Republican
and stayed a Republican for30 years. I voted for Regan and later Bush Sr.
I did vote for Clinton as a retaliatory vote against Bush Sr. I supported
Robert Dole and Jack Kemp and later Bush Jr. I did vote for McCain
only in the Republican Primary as the least sorrowful of the Republicans.
I had voted for Barack Obama when he ran for Senate in Illinois and then
for President. I dropped out of the Republican Party due to the crazies
in the Tea Party and other Extremist Conservatives. I am a
Registered Democrat to vote in the Democrat Primary but
consider myself an “ Independent Pragmatic Reformist Voter.
I consider myself part of the former; Nelson Rockefeller Wing of the
Republican Party. This former wing of the party included;
General and then Secretary Colin Powel, Lt Governor Wilson,
Congressman Kemp, Senator Jacob Javits, Senators Bob & Elisabeth Dole
and Teddy Roosevelt. The Tea Party and the other Extremist
Right Wing Conservative Fanatics have destroyed our two Party System.
The Democrats are in sad shape too and we may see a multi-party system
in the future.
At a number of times in my life I was a participant in political campaigns
and other political organizing as a volunteer and later as a
political field operative. Currently I am working on this project,
“ Political Economy 2011, A Call to Action “ book and web site
which is on; Google which posted the site first, MS/Bing and
Yahoo posted closely thereafter. These search engines,
computer jargon, had to craw the site and then index the site.
This took about a month and a half to get published.
The ranking on their search engines provided high ranking on
the first page. In your search you should use,

I hope this provides some insight as to where I traveled in life and
have some idea as to where I am going and who I am. I cannot
tolerate injustice and feel that every American has a duty to
participate and stop what is happening to our nation. I look
