The Governor of Missouri Mr. Nixon has alerted the National
Guard, A decision regarding the indictment was
delivered. We see the states attorney deliver justice no
justice regarding this issue. The officers story makes no sense.
The states attorney simply did not perform his duties in the minds
of many people in America and around the world.

Again I will state, the Ferguson Police Department
should stand down completely as I have stated before,
they have not. They should be placed on paid administrative leave
and their weapons, badges and police I D cards withdrawn
by state officials. This has not happened and is not likely to happen.
Governor Nixon has already indicated no confidence.
Administratively they need to stand down and
their badges and guns need to be collected while they
are on paid administrative leave during an intensive
robust US Justice Department Probe, this has not happened.
The State Police, National Guard, and County Police
need to completely takeover Policing and all investigations
with and in combination with the US Justice Department.
As of this writing, One Ferguson Police Officer Resigned and
on has been fired. No improvement or resolution at this point.
The Grand Jury deliberated with no incitement and the Mayor of Ferguson
and the Police Chief are still in a position to de stabilize the
whole situation.

The police officer is still free and not indicted or charged.
He has been absent from several court dates as well at this point.
The grand juries work is complete and injustice has prevailed.

The Russians.

Mr. Putin and Russia are still threatening nuclear war
and attempting to intimidate all of Europe and the World.
The Russians under Mr. Putin are threatening invasion
of the rest of Europe and the use of nuclear weapons.
They are probing NATO defenses. This is a new cold war
that can turn hot. There has been no change over the
last several weeks except Russia is being financially drained by
the precipitous ongoing fall in oil markets and the bite of
international sanctions.

The Russians and Mr. Putin are paying a heavy; economic,
political and diplomatic price for this whole process.
The 400 billion dollar Ruble equivalent is quickly evaporating
and Russia is falling into a very deep recession. Several more
months of this and the Russian financial reserve will be gone.
The European Union, NATO, US and Canada, Japan and the
rest of the world have to stand up to this with Very Strong
Economic Sanctions and an in depth change in energy
policies that are needed now. With the current massive up dick
in tensions international and US Domestic oil prices are
ratcheting down. This is a shrewd conniving plan by
Mr. Putin and the Russians. The whole world has to
participate in stopping this, what the Russians and Mr. Putin
are doing in the Ukraine. The WTI at this writing is 67 $ a barrel
and the international Brent is 71 $ a barrel and falling.

You have to think about nations like
Russia and China. Their current governments do not
share our democratic and economic as well as our basic
principles. How can they, the Russian and Chinese be
included on the world economic and political international
process as workable partners at? Countries should not
be able to participate in the world economic in order unless
unless competitive free enterprise system and private property
and most importantly basic freedoms in in place in those
countries with full and fair and free elections are in place.

The Chinese.

Nothing has changed regarding the Chinese and their process.
The Chinese current contemporary version of a Chinese
Co-Prosperity Sphere, a throwback to the 1940’s is in full swing.
This piece by piece nibbling away of territory and gaining
control of natural resources and minerals will continue.
This pseudo legal diplomatic sham territory grab is both
shameful, bold and highly aggressive as well as outrageous
and conniving. The Chinese are taking a more limited piece
meal approach and must also face international
focused very strong sanctions to stop their aggression
as is the case with the Russian aggression.

This situation by the Russians and Chinese could
easily move to armed conflict. We must proceed as
a whole, the free international community must resist
at this point with stronger economic and
diplomatic sanctions. This is imperative.
The entire world needs to move forward and revamp and
an upgrade our energy programs to prevent Russian
hegemony and energy blackmail. This is long overdue
for the US and its total lack of a coherent national
energy program. You have to think about nations like
Russia and China. Their current governments do not
share our democratic and economic as well as our basic
principles. How can they, the Russian and Chinese be
included on the world economic and political international
process as workable partners at?

Domestically.

Never before has America faced such a threat as the
Republican Tea Party Fanatics and Crazies, Useful Ideates
and Cannon Fodder. The threat is extraordinary and
profound on the American Middle Class, Working
Poor and Indigent segments of American Society.

America’s very principles are at stake.
The Republican Tea Party Fanatics and Crazies, Useful Ideates
and Cannon Fodder are attacking; Public Schools, US Postal
System, Unions, Environmental Laws, Civil and Human Rights,
American Middle Class and Working Poor and Indigent
Americans, American Basic Principals, Work Place Safety
Laws and so forth.

Never before has there been a need for nationwide
non bankruptcy national receivership. The idea of
national financial and economic strike and boycott
has never been more pronounced. The American People
need to re gain control of our nation.

The Idea and concept of alternate competitive free
enterprise has never been more needed as now.
This is in conjunction with a nationwide unified
national tax code. These issues will continue to
fester and grow as time goes on unless what has
been suggested above is implemented.

Illinois Governor Rauner. is an abysmal
disgrace an abomination to all Residence of
the State of Illinois and the American People.
This article can go on and on about him
but we will not. The State of Illinois needs
non bankruptcy receivership on its own
or through a national non bankruptcy
receivership. God save us.

Mr. Quinn as the incumbent go’s down to defeat
and now faces possible indictment and conviction
on corruption counts. The Republican, Rauner will
do everything he can to tear Illinois Government to shreds
and go after the Middle Class, Working Poor and Indigent
in our State of Illinois. God Save us. The State Employees
will be attacked and bloggen financially by this governor.
For this reason we at Political Economy 2011 a call to
Action supported, a non-bankruptcy receivership
for the State of Illinois in Federal District Court.

The vote and passage of the Illinois pension reform act
marked a shameful point in time for Illinois.

There will only be a brief notation of what took place
in the Illinois Legislature, the incredible travesty.
Governor Quinn states emphatically that these pension
and health insurance changes for state employees will be
up held in court. God save us and let’s hope and pray this
goes to the US Federal District Court and that it is completely
overturned and expunged. In fact they have, the health and
pension have been overturned temporarily while still under
continued judicial review.

As we said Mr. Rauner won and Mr. Quinn will face
indicted by a federal grand jury with significant
possibilities of conviction and jail time for corruption.

Final words.

Never before has it been more important
for a National Economic and Financial
Strike, National Non Bankruptcy National
Receivership to put our nation and its
People back moving forward in
every ones best interest. God Save
America and the American People.

We all need to salute Dr. Martin Luther King on
the 50th year of his speech in Washington DC in
1963 at the Lincoln Memorial. America and the
American People have come a long way and even
at this late date have to go a long way yet to
accomplish Dr. King's Dream that we all will be

We also salute Nelson Mandela and his fight for

TODAYS CURRENT NEWS STORY;

More on some of the past stories of the last several weeks.
We are going to cover several events today;
the current Russian – Ukraine Issue, Chinese south china
sea & north central Asia issue, Republican Tea Party on going
attempts to destroy the middle class in America. We will

Ferguson Missouri.

Currently there may be no indictment of the officer
involved in Michel Brown killing as of this time frame.
Ferguson Missouri. The young man named
Brown and the other young man that were shot and
killed looks like executions. Ongoing information
leads us to believe a strong US Justice Department
investigation is an ongoing need. We will see if the
States Attorney will not step down for a Special Prosecutor
or he may do a credible honest job. We will see. It is
up to Governor, Mr. Nixon, to appoint a
Special Prosecutor Now. Nothing has changed over
the last several weeks. This issue in Ferguson
just keeps boiling.

The rest of the world need to continue to apply heavy;
economic, political and diplomatic pressure on Russia
for what is taking place as well as what may follow.
The Russian Ukraine tragedy continues to play out. The
Russians are destabilizing the Ukraine. They will ultimately
go into other areas of Eastern Europe under the same pretext
of defending Russian speaking groups. Russia is attempting to
create and make Ukraine a semi-failed state and destroy NATO
credibility. This is a form of or type of paranoia Putin is hoping
will take hold throughout the region. The Russians – Putin
continue with their diabolical plans for hegemony and domination.
Nothing has changed at all. Mr. Putin and the Russians are only
consolidating their position and asking for a reset.

Now we have the shoot down of a civilian packed commercial
airliner possibly by the Russians or by Russian backed secessionist
rebels in the Ukraine. This is an escalation with 295 dead
civilians from 14 countries around the world on the ground.
The Russians and Mr. Putin will not take responsibility for what
has happened.

The Russians and Mr. Putin are paying a heavy; economic,
political and diplomatic price for this whole process.
The European Union, NATO, US and Canada, Japan and the
rest of the world have to stand up to this with Very Strong

Let’s look at some current data; 50% of Russia’s budget is
based on oil and natural gas exportation, When Russian oil
go’s below 114 $ a barrel – their nation’s budget is out the window,
Ural Crude has dropped 20 + $ a barrel, A 1 $ drop in oil per barrel
means a 1.4 billion drop in Russian national revenue.
The Russian National and Private Economy is effected and
hurting. Oil could go to less than 80 $ a barrel International, 86 $
today, US Domestic oil could go below 80 $ a barrel, 81 + $
today. This could crush the Russian National and Private
Economy. We in the US and the Europeans as well as the
Japanese need a complete makeover and upgrade
of our energy programs. As I have stated above, the Russians and
Mr. Putin have inflamed this situation pushing up oil prices
by Mr. Putin’s talk of nuclear weapons. Russia and Mr. Putin
keep talking about their willingness to use tactical nuclear
weapons in order to black mail the rest of the free world.

Let’s add several more points. The Russians have committed
more than 3,000 + regular Russian troops that are deployed
illegally in the Ukraine. A Russian Invasion. Also 300 or more
Ukraine troops that were surrendering and withdrawing under
agreement were slaughtered by Separatist and possibly
under Russian direction. More then 5,000 + people have
died during this conflict and the number likely to be much
higher.

ratcheting up. This is a shrewd conniving plan by

go’s below 114 $ a barrel – their nation’s budget is out the window,
Ural Crude has dropped 20 + $ a barrel, A 1 $ drop in oil per barrel
means a 1.4 billion drop in Russian national revenue.
The Russian National and Private Economy is effected and
hurting. Oil could go to less than 90 $ a barrel International, 92 $
today, US Domestic oil could go below 88 $ a barrel, 92 + $
today. This could crush the Russian National and Private
Economy. We in the US and the Europeans as well as the
Japanese need a complete makeover and upgrade
of our energy programs. As I have stated above, the Russians and
Mr. Putin have inflamed this situation pushing up oil prices
by Mr. Putin’s talk of nuclear weapons. Russia and Mr. Putin
keep talking about their willingness to use tactical nuclear
weapons in order to black mail the rest of the free world.

Let’s add several more points. The Russians have committed
more than 2,000 + regular Russian troops that are deployed
illegally in the Ukraine. A Russian Invasion. Also 300 or more
Ukraine troops that were surrendering and withdrawing under
agreement were slaughtered by Separatist and possibly
under Russian direction. More then 3,000 + people have
died during this conflict and the number likely to be much
higher.

This situation by the Russians and Chinese could
easily move to armed conflict. We must proceed as
a whole, the free international community must resist
at this point with stronger economic and
diplomatic sanctions. This is imperative.
The entire world needs to move forward and revamp and
an upgrade our energy programs to prevent Russian
hegemony and energy blackmail. This is long overdue
for the US and its total lack of a coherent national
energy program. You have to think about nations like
Russia and China. Their current governments do not
share our democratic and economic as well as our basic
principles. How can they, the Russian and Chinese be
included on the world economic and political international
process as workable partners at?

to everyone in America. The Republicans could win in either

The Republican Party ongoing acts of economic, financial,
political and human rights obstructionism and terrorism
continue unabated and with greater fanaticism and focus.
Of course as well the retched Governor of Illinois and the
retched State Legislature of Illinois continue to violate
pension and financial wrights as well as everyone’s
constitutional rights as of this article publication.

The vote and passage of the Illinois pension reform act
marked a shameful point in time for Illinois.

The US Constitution is not set up or structured to deal
with this issue. The Republican Tea Party Fanatics continue

to sabotage and terrorize America with impunity with
no relief in sight. This is exactly why we in America must

As predicted the rogue Illinois Governor and State
Legislature did their worst to the Public Employees,
the People of Illinois and the American People.

As expected they past an ex post facto legislation that is
illegal and unconstitutional. Laws in America cannot be
past to cover an earlier point in time, in the rears.
Those public employees that are on the books and
the retirees cannot be subject to this illegal and
unconstitutional law. Only new hires on ward.
This is a great injustice and travesties for all
Americans that leaves the doors open for
even more and extensive use of Ex Post Facto Laws.

politicians to continue to smash the constitution
and the people of Illinois.

The proposed Peotone Airport by Governor Quinn
continues to go forward as the State of Illinois
uses emanate domain of private property for this
unwanted and unneeded airport. That is a financial
disaster for a financially broke state. The Quasi
Expropriation of private property goes on and
many people’s lives are shattered. Just one of
many issues with Governor Quinn and the
Rogue State Legislature.

The US House and Senate passed the 2 year budget
resolution. This Faustian deal destroys the ex-tended
un employment and effects military and public employee’s
pensions very adversely along with other outrageous aspects.
The Washington DC politicians as usual will make a
deal that is not in the American Peoples interest again.

This news story is being published for December 31.
This the year end news story before we go into the New Year.
The Republican Party ongoing acts of economic, financial,
political and human rights obstructionism and terrorism
continue unabated and with greater fanaticism and focus.
Of course as well the retched Governor of Illinois and the
retched State Legislature of Illinois continue to violate
pension and financial wrights as well as everyone’s
constitutional rights as of this article publication.

The vote and passage of the Illinois pension reform act
marks a shameful point in time for Illinois.
There will only be a brief notation of what took place
in the Illinois Legislature, the incredible travesty.
After the Pension story the regular story will proceed.
A more extensive look at the Illinois Pension story
will not be necessary to publish. Governor Quinn
states emphatically that these pension and health insurance
changes for state employees will be up held in court.
God save us and let’s hope and pray this goes to the
US Federal District Court and that it is completely
overturned and expunged.

As predicted the rogue Illinois Governor and State
Legislature did their worst to the Public Employees,
the People of Illinois and the American People.

As expected they past an ex post facto legislation that is
illegal and unconstitutional. Laws in America cannot be
past to cover an earlier point in time, in the rears.
Those public employees that are on the books and
the retirees cannot be subject to this illegal and
unconstitutional law. Only new hires on ward.
This is a great injustice and travesties for all
Americans that leaves the doors open for
even more and extensive use of Ex Post Facto Laws.
Now on to the original story. Look for the Illinois
politicians to continue to smash the constitution
and the people of Illinois.

The US House and Senate passed the 2 year budget
resolution. This Faustian deal destroys the ex-tended
un employment and effects military and public employee’s
pensions very adversely along with other outrageous aspects.
The latest budget and next sequester will not occur on;
Jan 15 & 16th 2014. The Debt Ceiling will occur on Feb 1^stas it stands today. We will see what happens.
The Washington DC politicians as usual will make a
deal that is not in the American Peoples interest again.
Washington DC Politicians have formed another Faustian
Deal against all Americans. The Republican Tea Party

away at the American People as part of the plan
to destroy the American Middle Class with

    we all will be affected by; Social Security,

    Private Education, K – 12 and College as
    well as Universities, Hospitals Public and
    Private, US Postal Service, Agricultural
    Programs and many more.

    necessary Federal and State
    Programs that will affect all of us.
* No passage of a US Budget that creates
   uncertainty on main street USA and the
   Financial Markets around the World.
* Not Raising the US Debt Ceiling and
   Defaulting on the Nation Debt.
* US National Security Issues.
* Law Enforcement Issues.
* Possible Social Breakdown.
* The Cruel and Vicious Nature of
   this Attack and its effect on all of us.
* Loss of the Current National Credit
   Rating by one level and the possible
Lowering by Two or More Levels resulting
   Very bad and disastrous economic
   Consequences.
* Loss of the United State Reserve Currency
   Status. This will sink the US Economy.

Republican Tea Party Fanatics to destroy our society
as we know it and destroy the accomplishments
and legacies of FDR, HST, DDH, JFK and LBJ. What is
important to you; Financial and Economic Security,
Social Security, FEMA, US Postal Service, Farm Aid and
Agricultural Legislation, FAFSA Program, Pell Grants,
Stafford Loans, The Consumer Protection Agency,
SEC, Justice Department Prosecution of Violators
in many business - Industrial and commensal arenas,
Labor Department, NLRB, Labor Unions the last line of
defense for working men and women, FDA, INS, CDC,
OSHA, Protection of Retirement Programs, NASA, NOAA,
EPA, Nation Health Insurance Programs due to come
into effect in 2014, USPS, Public Education System,

What is needed, US Financial and Commensal National Strike
and 8 years of US Non Bankruptcy Receivership as well as
a transition to a Alternate Completive Free Enterprise System.

necessary reforms; Nationwide Voting Standards controlled
at the Federal Level, Maintaining the 1965 Voting Rights Act,
Expanding the Wagner Labor Act, Limiting the Taft Hartley Act,
Repealing and Abolishing Right to Work Acts nationwide,
Establishing National Card Check Labor Reform Act,
Establishing a true national energy program that is not
oil based, Banking and Financial Industry reforms,
prosecuting those responsible for the financial crash
and housing mortgage disaster, Improving education and
health programs, One House Cameral Federal Legislature,
Elimination of filibuster and other rules that shackle
congress, Maintain OSHA,EPA and other Federal Departments,
throwing out the Federal and State and Local Tax Code
and establishing a unified national tax code
as well as many other reforms.

Alternate Completive Free Enterprise System.
Let’s look at this. It means that corporations and all
business entities must be good citizens. They must obey
all; Labor Standards Statutes, Pollution Acts, Product Safety
Acts, Product Content and Origin Acts and be constructive
and loyal Corporate Citizens. It also means; extensive
Anti-Trust Actions as well as the Breakup of some large
corporations. Along with this it also means; some joint
Public – Private Corporations on major projects and to
raise revenue for the Unified National Tax Code.

Republican Tea Party Fanatics. I do not think a long
winded explanation is needed here. This group of
Fanatics will destroy our Nation and the American
People. We all need to fight them to put an
end to their Un American Activity.

Conclusion. I can go on and on here, I will not.
The American People have Supreme
Sovereignty with Supremacy over the US Federal
Government and the Limited Sovereignty of the
State Governments. The United States
Declaration of Independents is not just a
Historic Document but a living breathing
Foundation of our Republic. Our Nation Needs

Here is today’s current story. Again I will use the advocacy news
format process. These stories will be short and to the point
as very brief summaries of two very important news
events that are epiphanies, cardinal, seminal important
events of our time here in America.

The Travon Martin, Zimmerman Florida Court Ruling,
Grave Miscarriage of Justice that was carried out.

The United States Supreme Court on the 1965 Voter Rights
Act and their Grave Miscarriage of Justice.

The Travon Martin, Zimmerman Florida Court Ruling,
Grave Miscarriage of Justice that was carried out.

The Florida States Attorneys made it perfectly clear that
Zimmerman made a series of false assumptions and then
carried out those assumptions that lead to the killing
of Travon Martin. The only thing Travon Martin did was
be at the wrong place at the wrong time after buying
skittles and a can of ice tea and have someone act
on their false assumption leading to his death and this
Grave Miscarriage of Justice.

There are many people that theoretically can be considered
malfeasant in these matters;

The Police Chief that was fired by the City of Sanford
Florida for refusing to charge Zimmerman,

The Sanford Florida Police Officers and their Supervisors
for what can be considered the gross mishandling of this
case and the reports that were issued,

The Florida State Governor and State AG for their
egregious handling of their duties regarding this case,

The Jury for their wrongful handling of this case and
what can be considered an Abomination and Grave
Miscarriage of Justice,

The Coroner who provided testimony in the court
proceedings that was totally incompetent. He said
he remembered nothing at all and had no ability
to testify and provide competent professional
testimony,

Finally the Judge presiding over this Abomination and
Grave Miscarriage of Justice of this Case. The Judge
had a responsibility to set aside the Jury’s Finding
and Declare a Mistrial.

No one in America should be killed based on someone’s
set of assumptions and then legally cleared of wrong doing.
Your walking down the street, someone makes a set of
assumptions and engages you, they shoot and kill you and are
then legally cleared. This is a complete denial of your Legal and
Constitutional Rights to, Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.
This is a gross and twisted interpretation of Stand Your Ground
Laws as a License to Kill and a threat to every American.
This is a license to execute any American at will.

The United States Supreme Court on the 1965 Voter Rights
Act and their Grave Miscarriage of Justice.

The United States Supreme Court left the 1965 Voter Rights
Act intact but struck down the supervision of the southern
states, a Grave Miscarriage of Justice.

The voting rights of not just minorities but every American
will be effected. This is a an injustice that will exclude
many Americans from voting and change the outcomes
of many state and federal elections to the advantage of the
Tea Party Republicans and their fanatical attempt to
take over our country.

The State of Illinois through the efforts of;
Governor Quinn, House Speaker Madigan and

acts on the Residence, State Employees
of Illinois is wrong. This is referring to the reversal
and Un Constitutional / Ex-Post Facto act
of reversing, lowering and diminishing
both State Pensions and Health Benefits.

In the context of law. Establishing new
standards for state pensions and health
benefits from a specific point in time
forward is legal. Retroactively in the rears
going back is un constitutional and
Ex-Post Facto in nature. Yes The Health
Benefits are indeed part of the State Pensions.

This whole process started with the State of
Illinois, Governors and State Legislatures not
properly funding the State Pensions and Health
Programs over many years. The wonton power grab
on all of our constitutional rights is un acceptable
and must be stopped. The State of Illinois AG Lisa Madigan
has to provide answers why she is not up holding
our constitutional rights. We all must work together
to stop this travesty. The State Employee Unions and
State Retirement Associations must take the State
of Illinois to Federal District Court to stop this
process from continuing. Individuals and groups
with standing may have to go to the Federal
Courts independently. The State Unions cannot
bargain and negotiate away our constitutional rights.

Congressional Republican Tea Party ongoing
efforts to block the nation’s interest &
The current exigent need for a US National
Non Bankruptcy National Receivership through a
National Economic Strike;

We can go on and on infinity on this topic.
The mad hatters; Congressional Republicans and
Tea Party Fanatics are determine to hold up the
Nations Business; National Budget, Debt Ceiling,
Sequestering as well as the dismantling of all the
programs during the Administrations of FDR, HST,
DDE, JFK and LBJ.

We must all vote to remove the Congressional Republicans
and Tea Party Fanatics from the US Congress in 2014.
Better yet, we need a US National Non Bankruptcy National
Receivership through a National Economic Strike.
This situation is not going away. The Wealthy, Well Healed
and Well Placed as well as all the useful idiots and
cannon fodder that follow them will not stop.
Each Individual American is responsible for their
own future regarding stopping this process.
We must all unite and work together to move forward.

Competitive Free Enterprise System to an

for the Corporations, Trust, Partnerships and Consortiums as well

domestic or foreign entities or cartels of any type or form.
I think what the Wealthy Well Healed and Well Placed forget
America was set up through a revolution to throw off the
yoke of oppression and tyranny. Not replace it with economic
tyranny and oppression by the select few, the Wealthy Well Healed
and Well Placed here in America.

The concept of an Alternate Competitive Free Enterprise System
is this; Private Ownership of Business and Industry and Trade except
when the US Government deems it in the best interest to either
set an enterprise or join with private interest to perform and
effectuate economic growth and or perform a series of service,
Wider expansion of the Wagner Act, Reduction of the Taft Hartley
Act, Eliminating Write to Work Laws, Establishing Union Card
Check Act, Strict enforcement of Product Safety, Working Safety,
Pollution Laws, Product Content Laws and Product Origen Laws
as well as other reforms of this nature.

This paragraph is an update and addition of the original story.
I need to include that business combinations would face
an anti-trust review as well. The Sherman Anti-Trust Act would be
used extensively in the; Oil and Natural Gas Industry, Banking
Finance Insurance and brokerage Industries as well as other

Mr. President, we all know the US House & Senate Republican
Tea Party Extreme Right Wing Fanatics and foul and twisted
politicians are doing. They are stopping any attempt for you
to move forward with your programs. Union Card Check,
Budget, Debt Ceiling and so forth. In short Mr. President,
you must go on the attack now. There should be no
holding back. Mr. President. There is a lot riding on this.

There can be no negotiations.

The Financial Cliff and possible National Economic
Financial Strike leading to National Receivership.
It looks like a Faustian deal has been struck. The Republicans in the
US House and Senate are determined to destroy America and the

American Middle Class. There can be no negotiating with the
fanatical extremist ultra conservative right wing of the
Republican Party. They only represent the Wealthy, Well Healed
and Well Placed, Not the Nation or the American People. For the
Wealthy, Well Healed and Well Placed to give up a little caviar
and champion and the American Middle Class to give up their
standard of living, No their lives makes sense only to corrupt
despicable politicians !!!

I see three paths here. Each of these paths will be fraught with
dangers and unknown. Each will put our nation and people
at high risk. Only a steady hand, wise decisions and Gods Grace
will prevail in these matters.

First;

We can go on like we are now
and succumb to the wretched Republicans. We know that will not do.
There is still two weeks to go for the issues regarding;
National Debt Limit, Sequestration the National Budget as well as
many other issues.

Second;

As the US President you can go to the US Supreme Court
and seek a Consent Degree between the United States Executive Branch
and the United States Judicial Branch to place the United States in a
National State of Emergency and National Receivership for the
next four years. Mr. President, You might surprise me but I do
not believe you will do this even with the grave and unacceptable
economic financial circumstances that exist.

Third;

National Economic and Financial Strike by the American
People that represent over directly 70 % of the GDP of the
United States Economy. This would theoretically lead
to a point and place where the United States would
be placed in state of National State of Emergency
and National Receivership for the next eight years.

In short, the 50 US States have a form of limited or junior
sovereignty. The US Federal Government has senior
Sovereignty in relation to and over the US 50 State Governments.
The American People have Most Senior Sovereignty and
Supremacy in relation to and over the US Federal Government and
Inferior Sovereignty of the US 50 State Governments.

This theory is based on the United States Declaration of
Independence and the American Right of Consent of the
Governed as well as a state of No Confidence and Support
and Trust and a general Demand for Redress of Grievances.

The Economic Financial National Strike would be nonviolent and
peaceful but highly organized and coordinated but passive in
nature. No Picketing, no protest rallies, no criminal activity,
no civil disobedience, employees would report for work on
time and perform their duties, no work to rule, same quality
and quantity performance, just no purchasing at any
commercial establishments or financial institutions but only
as needed on a highly austere personal basis.

I think we all know about the 1965 Montgomery Alabama
bus strike and boycott. This would be on a national scale
and obviously substantially and infinitely more complicated
with many dangers and unknowns for the American People.
I think there is no choice in these matters.

Mr. President, This is quite a set of circumstances.
We cannot let the Republicans destroy our nation.
There is a lot riding on your decisions. Those decisions
and their affects will be profound on all of us.
Mr. President please do not Bargain Away Our Future.

Do not cave in to the Republicans. And their
National Eugenics Program to destroy the middle class,
working class and indigent segment of America.

President Obama and the State of the Union as to
the crossroads we in America Face Today.

I cannot say it enough Mr. President. The Republicans,
Tea Party Fanatics, Ultra-Right Wingers, The Wealthy,
Weal Healed and the Well Placed here in America
are only buying time to avoid the voters blaming them
and to run the election term clock out. They are
waiting for the right opportunities and performing
in boxing what is called the “ Rope - a - Dope “ Muhammad
Ali’s famous move right out of the Rumble in the Jungle
famous prize fight.

I for one think you should take a page right out of the
Brown Bomber’s “ Joe Louis “ Play book,
“ DON’T TELEGRAPH YOUR PUNCH “.
We all know what happened to Max Schemling
in the ring at Yankee Stadium in 1938. Lois Floored
Schemling three time to win the prize fight.
Mr. Schemling ended up a paratrooper in the
Wehrmacht jumping out of airplane dodging bullets.
In plain vernacular Mr. President, You need to
floor the above mentioned group to further
expose them for what they are and what they’re doing !!!
I think it is safe to say Joe Louis was a Democrat.

The founding fathers never anticipated the Republicans
of today and their tactics. Our American Constitution
simply was not set up to deal with this travesty the
Republicans are performing on us the American People.

National Weapons Regulations.

I regret I cannot spend an entire article on this,
National Weapons Regulations. What happened in
Newtown Connecticut was a great loss for; Newton,
Connecticut and the Nation. It was a great loss for their
families and friends as well in particular.

I am no friend of the NRA and their highly conservative
agenda. We most certainly need better and national
regulations due to the states inability to do this with
any proficiency or consistency. Several things in particular
are needed and several are not.

What is needed. Here is a brief list in that category;
* More intensive background investigations,
* Mandatory Weapon Safety Course – 20 hrs.,
* National Weapon Owner Registration and Licenses,
* Substantial Personal Informational Disclosure for a
   National Data Base,
* Local and State Police access to the National Data
   Weapons Data Base and their coordination with
   Federal Authorities,
* Regulations Preventing and Keeping Weapons
   out of the hands of career criminals, felons,
   illegal aliens and the mentally ill,
* Police Resource Officers in our; grade schools,
   middle and junior high schools, high schools,
   community and junior colleges, colleges and
   universities.
* well planned and thought out safety planning
   at all institutions,
* Much better training of staff as well as better;
   doors, windows, electronic monitoring and
   cameras as well as alarm systems.
* Compartmentalization of the institutions
   buildings and complexes that is automatically
   and remotely lockable and secured.
* Live human monitoring with an active
   alarm and warning system.

Items not to be infringed on;
* Do not infringe on first and second amendment rights
   regarding free speech, press, assembly and
   petition for redress of grievances.
* Do not infringe on second amendment rights,
* Do not raise revenue with tax’s on; bullets,
    weapons, scopes, magazine’s, other accoutrements,
    Licenses or registrations or weapons training
    programs,
* Leaving Americans defenseless against malefactors
    by outlawing various types of weapons were
    only the criminals have the better weapons
    and the rest of us have only squirrel guns.

Mr. Obama’s choice of Treasury Secretary.

Mr. Obama Please represent the American People
and not the Interest of Business and Wealthy Well Healed and
an Well Placed. Please do not nominate any one on the list of
US Treasury Secretary we are all reading about.
Mr. President do not do an egregious act by nomination
one of the people that we are reading about as trial
balloons.

Here is the list of people that we have been reading
about as trial balloons that would be an abomination
to the American People. Again Mr. Obama this would be
a very egregious act to the American People regarding
any of these people or anyone like them to be
United States Treasury Secretary;

Timothy Geithner,
Paul Volcker,
Robert Rubin,
Jamie Dimon,
Jack Welch,
Jeffrey Immelt,
John C. Bogle.

God save America and the American People.

Yes, you have indicated that Mr. Lew would be your
US Treasury pick. Time will tell if this was a good choice.
The people listed below still would be a better choice.

would meet the American People’s expectations;

Alan M. Dershowitz PhD. / Assistant Professor of Law Harvard,
Andrew Young / Former US UN Ambassador.

These eight would represent the American People
Mr. President.

Mr. President, please review two documentary films;
Inside Job and Wall Street Capitalism; A Love Affair.
Mr. President we want the documents that was disseminated
by a Major Bank indicating they controls everything
but the one person one vote process. They felt that
the Banks had accomplished a Coup d’état or Putsch.
The American People Demand that documents be
published that was mentioned in
Wall Street Capitalism; A Love Affair.

The Financial Cliff and possible National Economic
Financial Strike leading to National Receivership.

It looks like a Faustian deal has been struck.
The Republicans in the US House and Senate are determined
to destroy America and the American Middle Class.
There can be no negotiating with the fanatical extremist
ultra conservative right wing of the Republican Party.
They only represent the Wealthy, Well Healed and Well Placed,
Not the Nation or the American People. For the Wealthy,
Well Healed and Well Placed to give up a little caviar and
champion and the American Middle Class to give up their
standard of living, No their lives makes sense only to corrupt
despicable politicians !!!

First;
We can go on like we are now
and succumb to the wretched Republicans. We know that will not do.
There is still two months to go for the issues regarding;
National Debt Limit, Sequestration the National Budget as well as
many other issues.

Second;
As the US President you can go to the US Supreme Court
and seek a Consent Degree between the United States Executive Branch
and the United States Judicial Branch to place the United States in a
National State of Emergency and National Receivership for the
next four years. Mr. President, You might surprise me but I do
not believe you will do this even with the grave and unacceptable
economic financial circumstances that exist.

Third;
National Economic and Financial Strike by the American
People that represent over directly 70 % of the GDP of the
United States Economy. This would theoretically lead
to a point and place where the United States would
be placed in state of National State of Emergency
and National Receivership for the next eight years.

This theory is based on the United States Declaration of
independence and the American Right of Consent of the
Governed as well as a state of No Confidence and Support
and Trust and a general Demand for Redress of Grievances.

This Economic Financial National Strike would be nonviolent and
peaceful but highly organized and coordinated but passive in
nature. No Picketing, no protest rallies, no criminal activity,
no civil disobedience, employees would report for work on
time and perform their duties, no work to rule, same quality
and quantity performance, just no purchasing at any
commercial establishments or financial institutions but only
as needed on a highly austere basis.

I think we all know about the 1965 Montgomery Alabama
bus strike and boycott. This would be on a national scale
and obviously substantially and infinitely more complicated
with many dangers and unknowns for the American People.
I think there is no choice in these matter.

Mr. President, This is quite a set of circumstances.
We cannot let the Republicans destroy our nation.
There is a lot riding on your decisions. Those decisions
and their affects will be profound on all of us.
Mr. President please do not Bargain Away Our Future.
Do not cave in to the Republicans. And their
National Eugenics Program to destroy the middle class,
working class and indigent segment of America.
God Bless and God Save America from the consummate
evil we face.

The Presidential and General State and Local Elections
are over. It was a good night for the President and the
Democrats. President Obama was elected with 306
electoral votes with Florida’s votes still pending but
leaning towards the President. The President
has the popular vote as well. If Florida is added then
the President will have 335 electoral votes. Unlike
2008 election the President only has a 2.4% victory
margin in the popular vote. A victory is a victory.
I am sure it feels good being on the correct side of
a hotly contested election at the end of the day.
Mr. Obama will still win even if Florida go’s the
other way. It looks like Florida will go in the
Presidents column.

The US Congressional Elections, House and Senate fell
short for the Democrats. There were 435 seats in the
US House up for election. Republicans 234, Democrats
195, 6 seats still undecided. In the US Senate 1/3 of the
100 seat chamber up for election. Republicans 45,
Democrats 55. The Democrats gained 8 seats in the
US House and 2 in the US Senate. The end result is
the Democrats control the US Senate by 5 seats,
The Republicans control the US House by 16 seats
with 6 seats yet to be decided.

Well the American People left this nation in a terrible
state of affairs. We have the Republicans able to filibuster
in the US Senate and tie-up all legislation and business and
able to stop all appointments such as the NLRB Nominations.
In the spring when there will only be 2 out of 5 members serving
and thus be out of business. The Republicans will tie-up this agency
and many other US Agencies throughout the US Government.
In the US House with the Republican Tea Party Ultra Fanatic
Far Right Agenda Nothing will take place and they will do
everything to tie-up the US Government in favor for the
Powerful, Wealthy, Well Healed and Well Placed.
The Middle Class, Working Class and the Indigent segment
of our society be dammed as fare as the Republican Tea Party
Ultra Fanatic Far Right, Powerful, Wealthy, Well Healed and
Well Placed are concerned.

Mr. President you are facing a monumental job ahead of
you. The challenges are daunting and awesome. The Choices
you make will affect all of us in the most profound ways.
Not letting the Republicans destroy the legacies of;
FDR, HST, DDH, JFK and LBJ is one of your primary
responsibilities. Do not Mr. President Compromise on
principal or on what is correct and right. Do not giveaway
our nation to these purveyors of falsehoods with their
foul and twisted agendas regarding our nation.

Let’s just look at just a few areas that must be protected;
* Protect The home owners mortgage tax deductions,
* Protecting the middle class from the ongoing assault,
* Not taxing the middle class any further from where we are now,
* Protecting middle class tax deductions,
* Extending the middle class tax cut for 2 years or more.
* Letting the Bush tax cuts on the wealthy expire,
* Prosecuting the Wall Street Bankers – Brokerage People
   involved in the Wall Street Crash. View the Documentary
   Inside Job,
* Protecting the Nations Public School System from the
   Koch Brothers and others like them,
* Preventing the Koch Brothers and others like them
   from infiltrating our nation’s Colleges and Universities
   and gaining vast influence – Putting their professors
   on staff and manufacturing false academic studies,
* Preventing the Koch Brothers and others like them
   from destroying the USPS in favor of private carriers,
* Cracking down on oil refinery safety and pollution
   Such as the 100b oil empire of the Koch Brothers
and others like them,
* Protecting Pell Grants – Stafford Loans – FAFSA Program -
   Veterans GI Bill,
* Protecting the Farm Subsidy and Crop Insurance as well
   as the general US Agriculture Programs,
* Protecting FEMA from cuts,
* Expanding NASA and the NOA Agencies.
* Protecting our National Laboratories from cutes -
   Brook haven – Argon & Fermi and so on.
* Stopping that Pork Barrel Peotone SSA Airport.
The Airport to No ware,
* Commencing with a real MOD Housing Program
   That has direct Treasury Department Supervision
   and Direction as well as Adjudication. Changing the
   31 % financial requirement to 38 %. Other major
   reforms and Oversight with Sanction’s Authority by
   the US Treasury,
* Removing deductions that are well over due on
   individuals with 250K + income or couples with 500K +
   that are considered abusive. Too many wealthy pay no
   taxis at all,
* No US Corporation should be able to zero out their
   US Or State Income tax – property tax – sales tax or
   any other taxis,
* Remove any tax advantage on any US Corporation
   that moves jobs – facilities or any operations
   off shore,
* Correct the Federal Accounting mess regarding
   the USPS. According to their union the USPS rebates
   money back to the Federal government and makes
   them look like their operation in the red,
* Our Nation needs Organized Labor Unions and
   Card Check Legislation,
* We have 26 States with Right to Work Laws.
    To barrow a phrase – We need to come out of the
    shadow of state rights into the bright sun light
    of human rights. Mr. President, there must be
   a way to eliminate these laws, Civil and Criminal
    Action for violating the 14^th Amendment,
* There must be major curtailment of Taft Hartley,
* There must be major expansion of the Wagner Act,
* Protection and expansion of the; FLSA – OSHA – ERISA
   Civil Rights Act 1964 and so on,
* Vigorous Anti-Trust of Major Banks – Brokerage Houses
   and other Business and Financial Combinations,
* The Federal Reserve is not the Business Branch of the US
   Government. This is an Agency of the Legislative Branch
of government. They are not – Legal Financial term a
Domestic Sanctioned Financial Cartel. All Federal Reserve Stock
should be exchanged for 100 Year Bonds and the stock should be
held by the US Treasury. All corporate members of the
Federal Reserve should be removed and all State Treasurers
  and Comptrollers should sit on the FMOC. Only the NY FED
should exist. All the other Fed Banks should be nothing other
Than branches at their direction. The Washington HQ’s
would remain. Banks and Brokerages Houses would be more
  tightly controlled – supervised and directed as well as audited.
  Many other reforms are needed at these agencies,
* The financial corporations; Banks & Brokerage Houses would
   be required to maintain Reserves on a min max basis. They
   would not be able to keep Giant and Awesome Reserves at the
   expense of the American People. They will be required to
   loan out that Money – Reserves using Normal Excepted
   Banking and Practices,
* We need a real National Energy Program, Not all the
   Above. Yes Solar – Wind and Conservation, But
   Type 4 Advanced Nuclear Reactors and Triple Combined
   Cycle Gas - Steam – Organic Rankin Cycle at 65 + % Carnot Efficiency
   Power Plants. We need a comprehensive and integrated
   National Energy Program, We need major battery and
fuel cell research and development,
* Remove Jeff Emmelt from your Jobs Council and
    from the Federal Reserve,
* Re Initiate the Major FDR Legislation;
    Enhanced FTA, AAA Agricultural Adjustment Administration,
    Public Works Administration CCC,
    Reenact National Industrial Recovery Act NIRA,
    Reenact Reconstruction Finance Commission and Corporation
    as well as other programs from that period,
* Reestablish the Bank of the United States of America.
    This bank was eliminated during the Jackson Administration.
    This institution can do many things the private banking and
    brokerage sector can’t and will not do,
* There must be Federal control of the election Process. The
     States are not capable of carrying out this most important
     function for the American People,
* Expand the Powers of the; SEC, SIPC, FDIC, FDA, CDC, OSHA
   USPS, NLRB, EPA,
* Legislation to prevent Abusive Rules and Procedures like;
   any one or group of Senators from holding up nominations,
Filibusters in the House & Senate that illegally block legislation
as well as a host of other reforms to prevent obstruction
of public administration,
* Create a national unified tax code to cover; Federal, State and
   County Tax Base. Only those three levels of government would
   exist. I know how the US Amendment Process works but this
  is so necessary. Tax revenue would be divided up two ways,
Population per State and County, A set amount per
   Geographic location – State and Counties. There would
   be Private Corporations – Quasi Public Private Corporations
   and Public Corporations to bring in revenue.

Mr. President, This is quite a list. I doubt if Santa Claus could
deliver on this. And you thought this might be and easy
four years. We cannot let the Republicans destroy our nation.
There is a lot riding on your decisions. Those decisions
and their affects will be profound on all of us.

TODAYS CURRENT NEWS STORY;

The last and final presidential debate was a win for Mr. Obama.
We can go into the dynamics of this debate but I do not think
this is necessary. Mr. Obama won this debate and the second
presidential debate. Mr. Obama lost the first debate only due
to his lack of aggressive debating style.

There was a lot riding on this final debate and Mr. Obama
did very well in his overall performance. This was very
important regarding the presidential race but equally
for the US Congressional races. The Dem’s need to
re take the US House and increase their position in the
US Senate. Mr. Obama needs at least a 56 + % win
to have long enough coat tails to get these gains in
the US Congress.

Mr. Biden did a very good in the VP Debates. He won
over Mr. Ryan but Ryan put up a fight. Most people
saw through the lies that Ryan kept putting
out there. Great Job Mr. Biden.

The Presidential Race and the US Congressional Races
are equally important. Mr. Obama needs to win with
long enough coat tails to get the needed gains in the
congressional races.

Many Congressional Democrats did not want to
change the filibuster rules. They thought they one day
may be on the other side of being in the majority.
Think again. If the Republicans win both houses of
the US Congress, They will change the rules.
The Democrats are kidding themselves.
The Republicans will run over them and change and
break all the procedures in the US House and Senate
if they win. The republicans will take no prisoners
and change this nation in ways we all cannot envision.
Again, this is a major inflection point in US History.

The only point in the third and final debate was
Mr. Obama’s comment about Mr. Biden. Loyalty
is very important. Mr. Biden has been loyal.
Mr. Obama made a comment about Mr. Biden.
I think he, Mr. Obama needs to clarify this
comment and correct it. I think this is real
important.

The end of the campaign is fast approaching.
Two weeks left. My thoughts about talking
points were laid out in the last news story
regarding what Mr. Obama should focus on.
The Congressional Democrats should also
focus on these points brought out in the last
news story and pound away using them
again and again and do not let up for
a minute. The fate of America hangs in
the balance.

This current article is about the vice presidential debate as well
as the second Presidential debate.

It would appear that Mr. Biden won the debate. Mr. Ryan did not
make any bloopers or mistakes. There was no significant flaws on
Mr. Biden’s part. Let’s get to the particulars. I am not going to go
through a blow by blow account of this debate. Just what needs
to be said.

Mr. Biden won the debate; Mr. Ryan made a solid showing.
With Mr. Ryan’s usual set of lies and misinformation and
fabrications. Mr. Ryan stood his ground against Mr. Biden.
Mr. Biden re stared the stalled campaign base on what happened
at the last presidential debate. Mr. Biden’s performance bought time
for the Democrats executive and congressional campaigns.
Mr. Biden cannot carry the campaign for the legislative an
executive races.

In the second presidential debate Mr. Obama was aggressive and was
very persistent and carful. He did not make any attempt to hit any
grand slam. Mr. Obama was a lot less gracious to Mr. Romney as
well to Ms. Crowley the moderator. Mr. Obama was on the attack
in a deliberate measured way being very meticulous in his manner.

Mr. Obama needs to go after Mr. Romney in the third and final
debate in a full but carful deliberate attack and specifically hit
all the key point. No doubt Mr. Romney will be ready for him
and waiting to exploit any mistakes and hit a home run.

Some of the key point that must be made, should be;
Bring up the 47 % closed door audience presentation again !!!
Bring up the Ryan phony dishwashing scam at the soup kitchen !!!
Bring up the Romney “ Mr. Etch A Sketch “ moments
                                                  throughout the campaign !!!
Bring up the Romney mystery economic & employment plans,
                                    Just like the Nixon mystery war plan !!!!
Bring up the Foreign financial accounts in the Bahamas,
                                                  Switzerland and elsewhere !!!!
Bring up Romney’s job at Bain Capital and all the companies he
             smashed and jobs he destroyed and sent overseas !!!
Bring up Romney’s performance on China and what he really
                                       did to send American Jobs overseas !!!
Bring up Romney’s refusal to diversify and shift America’s
                       energy mix to wind and solar as well as nuclear !!!
Bring up Romney’s remarks that Yahoo reported regarding
           his desire to eliminate the home owners tax deduction !!!
Bring up the Romney Ryan process of saying whatever
             an audience there in front of and saying whatever the audience
       want to hear and then say something else to another audience.
             Mr. Obama, Attack their credibility again and again attack !!!
Bring up the US Congressional Races and the absolute need
          to win an absolutely filibuster proof US House and Senate.
         The Republicans; Cantor, McConnell and Boehner have
           Pledged to tie up the house and senate in Obstruction
          Of Public Administration and Legislative Administration !!!

Mr. Obama you need the help of some people that can help you
prepare for this debate. Your staff is not up to it. People like,
just to mention a few: Maxine Waters, Donna Brazil, Michael Moore,
Roland Martin, James Carville as well as Paul Begala. These are the
people you need to properly prepare you for this last extremely
critical presidential debate.

Ms. Crowley, The CNN News Anchor that was the moderator did
a good job. She did her job in a professional way that was fair
and balanced to both candidates. I can only hope the last
debate moderator will do and perform in the same
professional manner.

The first half of the debates the microphones that Mr. Obama and
Ms. Crowley were using were not attenuated properly.
The microphones made them sound halting and nervous. The
Entire Sound system needs to be checked before the debates.
Did the Republican’s play games with the sound system ????
Mr. Romney’s microphone sounded just fine !!!!!!!
Closer attention to the debate stage and sound system
must be made to prevent this or anything else from happening !!!!

Throughout the debate Mr. Obama must not just looked down
at the podium, as if he was, perhaps writing notes to respond.
Body language while speaking and not speaking is crucial.
Cut back on the hydration and do not look at your watch
or wipe your forehead or ring your hands. You must be in a
power position and stands, sitting or standing. Never let
Romney talks down to you or instruct you in any manner.
You must be in an authority type stance at all times. No
relaxing. Again in no way should you be gracious, patient
and slow to answer as well as constantly fumbling for word.
You need to be properly prepared and never agree with
anything Romney may put forward. Romney is shrewd,
calculating, clever and resourceful as well as waiting for an
opportunity. You have to be Just like Gen Patton,
Attack, Attack and do not give up ground that you have to
pay for twice. Always on the offensive moving ahead.

Just to reiterate again let’s look at Mr. Romney.
His positions throughout Republican Primary and
now the General Campaign are badly flowed and
misshapen. Mr. Romney has just changed his positions
as he pleased whenever it suited him to fit the new
and current circumstances depending on what audience
he was in front of. Mr. Romney, “ Mr. Etch A Sketch “.
I would call this Hutzpah and Audacity and Gaul.

Let’s say it again what we all are up against.
The whole theme of the Tea Party and
Ultra Conservatives / Wealthy Well Healed and
Well Placed Republicans just keeps expounding
on and on. Sort of like the Big Lie. Say the most
monstrous things and say it over and over until it
appears to be fact. I think this was the Nazis
World War II approach of Joseph Goebbels.
I can go on about this but I think you understand.

Let’s put this forward again because it is what is.
I will not go into detail but it has to be said, the
Republicans and their take no prisoners and
1930 through 1940’s thinking speak for itself.
This is their current contemporary form of
Social and Economic Eugenics they want to
perform on the American People. From
their viewpoint only the Rich, Well Healed and
Well Placed have a place in their society. All
the useful idiots supporting them will get
their just reword at their hands if they win.

I have to say this again Mr. Obama. It needs to be said.
This a short note to President Barack Obama.
Sir, These debates and the balance of the national
campaign is a major inflexion point, epiphany and
a historic point in time for our nation and the world.
You have an obligation to fight like hell for all of use.
Being gracious to Mr. Romney and the Republicans
has nothing to do with the fight you have to wage.

You have to focus and point out what Mr. Romney
and the Republicans plan to do to the American
People. You could have ended this race in this first
debate and Mr. Romney poll numbers and those
of the Congressional Republicans would have just
sunk. You have and obligation to fight and not
be so passive. You need to pound on Mr. Romney
and the Congressional Republicans over the next
two weeks. I will pray for you and God Bless America.

TODAYS CURRENT NEWS STORY;

This current article is about the first presidential debate this last
Wednesday October 3 in Denver. It would appear that Mr. Romney
won the debate. Mr. Obama did not make any bloopers or mistakes.
There was no significant flaws on Mr. Obama’s part. Let’s get to the
particulars. I am not going to go through a blow by blow account
of this debate. Just what needs to be said.

Mr. Obama was not aggressive and was very resistant and carful.
He did not make any attempt to hit the grand slam he could have
and needed to and should have and as well had an obligation too.
Mr. Obama was way to gracious to Mr. Romney as well to Mr.
Learer the PBC News Anchor that was the moderator. The entire
debate Mr. Obama held back and did not go anywhere near
key mistakes and flawed positions Mr. Romney had made
during the campaign.

Throughout the debate Mr. Obama just looked down at the
podium, perhaps he was writing notes to respond. Again way
to gracious, patient and slow to answer as well as constantly
fumbling for words. He was not properly prepared and had
simply awful advice from staff. Absolutely no aggressive
responses at all and no attacks on Mr. Romney. Though
Mr. Romney did win the debate Mr. Obama did not
make any significant mistakes. He answered adequately.
This was not a major win for Mr. Romney. This was a
debate win that was a limited victory.

The CNN timed this debate and said that Mr. Obama
was nearly 5 minutes longer speaking then Mr. Romney.
I do not believe this at all and simply cast doubt on their
clock timing of this debate. Every time you looked
Mr. Romney was going over and taking extra time.
Mr. Romney ignored the rules and just kept talking.
No moderator to put him in check to have a balanced
debate.

Mr. Learner as moderator just failed and had no
business as moderator. Mr. Learner did not moderate
and just let things go. These debates are just too crucial
to have such a moderator. Mr. Learner has failed the

American People. He needs to retire or be fired.
This debate was no small issue. Major events and
circumstances could come out of this debate.
There are major repercussions that may take place.

Let’s get to Mr. Romney. His positions throughout
Republican Primary and now the General Campaign
are badly flowed and misshapen. Mr. Romney
has just changed his positions as he pleased
whenever it suited him to fit the new and current
circumstances depending on what audience he was
in front of. Mr. Romney, “ Mr. Etch A Sketch “.
I would call this hutzpah and Audacity.

The whole theme of the Tea Party and
Ultra Conservatives / Wealthy Well Healed and
Well Placed Republicans just keeps expounding
on and on. Sort of like the Big Lie. Say the most
monstrous things and say it over and over until it
appears to be fact. I think this was the Nazis
World War II approach of Joseph Goebbels.
I can go on about this but I think you understand.

I will not go into detail but it has to be said, The
Republicans and their take no prisoners and
1930 through 1940’s thinking speak for itself.
This is their current contemporary form of
Social and Economic Eugenics they want to
perform on the American People. From
their viewpoint only the Rich, Well Healed and
Well Placed have a place in their society. All
the useful idiots supporting them will get
their just reword at their hands if they win.

This a short note to President Barack Obama.
Sir, These debates and the balance of the national
campaign is a major inflexion point, epiphany and
a historic point in time for our nation and the world.
You have an obligation to fight like hell for all of use.
Being gracious to Mr. Romney and the Republicans

has nothing to do with the fight you have to wage.
You have to focus and point out what Mr. Romney
and the Republicans plan to do to the American
People. You could have ended this race in this last
debate and Mr. Romney poll numbers and those
of the Congressional Republicans would have just
sunk. You have and obligation to fight and not
be so passive. You need to pound on Mr. Romney
and the Congressional Republicans over the next
six weeks. I will pray for you and God Bless
America.

This will be a short article today but directly to the point.
Like I have indicated in previous articles and other writings
and essays, The Tea Party and Ultra Conservatives / Wealthy
Well Healed and Well Placed are going to implement their
version of Contemporary Eugenics here in America on the
American People. This is right out of the 1930’s / 1940’s
time frame.

What are we trying to point out. Well unless you are from Mars
or perhaps Pluto you should understand that the rest of
American Society are nothing but surplus people that are of
no value according to the Republicans. Listen to Romney about
the 47 % that really don't count. Those are not is words.
He was referring to those who pay no income taxes but what he
really meant was excess people. Listen to Mary Matalin who
referred to this same segment of our society as parasites.
The whole theme of the Tea Party and Ultra Conservatives / Wealthy
Well Healed and Well Placed Republicans just keeps expounding
on and on. Sort of like the Big Lie. Say the most monstrous things
and say it over and over until it appears to be fact. I think this was

I can go on about this but I think you understand.

I hope American Values and Ideas will prevail here in this next
US Election. We Need a Democrat Congress and President as well
as get past the Fiscal Cliff. With QE 3 and Operation Twist injecting
85 B $ a month into the US Economy and the EU UCB Injecting
Money into the European Economy we may at some point
get Natural or Organic Growth in the US and Europe. This
all depends on a filibuster proof House and Senate as well as
a workable fiscal policy and a good Dynamic Energy Program.
Of course this whole process only buys time for the European and
US Economy. Natural – Organic Economic Growth is key at this point
with a sound energy and fiscal programs.

This Article is regarding the Political landscape in the
State of Illinois. The People of Illinois have one of the
poorest and corrupt run states in the union.
This state, Illinois may face Federal Recievership.The Illinois Public in our state of Illinois is without
one US Senator and one ranking US Congressman.
Both are out for serious health issues and will not
be back. This leaves our state without proper and
full representation in the US Congress. It also leaves
us at the mercy of Governor Quinn in the position
of being able to make appointments at some time
soon. We all know this governor has an approval
rating at 28 % or less and dropping.

There are lots of issues involved. The Republicans
need the senators seat to help with their filibuster
dereliction of duty and irresponsible blockage
of lawful action in the US Senate.

The ranking congressman is supporting the SSA,
Peotone Airport. It is possible he has many other
serious issues according to other news accounts
of being person of interest number 5 with the FBI.
This is as well as many other very serious issues.

As to Governor Quinn, With the Ranking US
Congressman out of the way. This leaves Mr. Quinn
with a clear field regarding the SSA, Peotone
Airport. The State does not have the resources
to build the SSA. Only to keep buying land through
eminent domain taking people’s property at low
low process. At this point the state has 2400 +
acres. They need another 2400 + to start the
SSA Project. Again the State is broke and has
no money to build the SSA.

Governor Quinn of Illinois is in a very
unique position. He will not be able to build
the SSA in Peotone Illinois, No money to build
it as far as Illinois is concerned. Private
capital. I do not think so. We have 4 major airports
now in the Chicago Metro Area; O’Hare IL, Midway IL,
Rockford IL and Gary IN. No Airlines or Aviation
group will support it, the SSA.

The Governor is unelectable and he knows it,
28 % or less in the polls. This Governor will
or may appoint himself as the Junior
US Senator in Illinois to the US Senate.
Great way to dodge an election that will
end is political career in 2014.

The State of Illinois has a lower bond
rating then California. We are still not
at junk bond status but just above this.
The State of Illinois pays most of its
bills 6 to over 10 months past due.
The State Governor and State
Legislature has totally failed and the
state may face receivership at some
point.

There is very limited number of good
outcomes ahead for Illinois unless this
economic depression ends or at least
eases up. Yes we are in a depression
regardless what the Federal Labor
Department BLS proclaims about a
recession ending two years ago.
I think we all know differently.
Besides no economic expansion
since 1946 Bretton Woods
without the real estate market.

We also know the US Fed QE3 and the
ECB EU Financial support will tell the
story. What is needed now getting
past the financial cliff and perhaps
moving forward with a real economic
program that will generate organic /
natural economic growth. Mr. Obama
will need a Hail Mary maneuver and
God’s Grace to get to first quarter next
year. He has my vote, Mr. Obama.

Republican Congress and a Republican President. God save us all.
God save America. I think we all better Vote and Pray This

Let’s start with today’s news and commentary. Unless you were on Mars,
it is a given like in mathematics the need for you to vote this year and
understand the issues and what the Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra
Conservatives are attempting to do to the rest of us, the 99 %. We all
know that the only people that count or mean anything in this country,
according to; Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra Conservatives are the
Wealthy, Well Healed and Well Placed, the 1 %.

No person or group is using bayonets and concentration camps like back
in World War II and the time period 1930 - 1945 to force anyone to
do anything. The Nazis, Fascist and Imperialist were very proficient
in their methods and practices just like the; Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra
Conservatives of today. The; Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra Conservatives
are very sophisticated and proficient to focus on and carry out their plans
and intensions regarding the rest of us, the 99 %. Their Insidious and Devious
Plans and Intentions.

In today’s society the; Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra Conservatives
will destroy American Society as we know it today. There is no doubt
about this. They will create a society where if you are not one of them,
you are a surplus person or unneeded person in our country. This is
the new and contemporary current Economic and Social Eugenics
that is a flashback to the 1930 – 1945 time frame. Let’s look at how this
may happen if you do not vote against the; Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra
Conservatives Republicans regarding the president and congress in this
election.

Let’s look at some of what they will do and the effects.
Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra Conservatives will destroy
American Society as we know it today regarding these programs;
Social Security, Pell Grants, Sallie May Student Loans,
Stafford Student Loans, VA Benefits, Medicare,
Public Schools and Colleges and Universities, U.S. Postal Service,
SBA Programs, Agricultural and General Farm Programs,
NASA, NAO Administration, National Laboratories, FEMA,
Government Employee Retirement - Compensation and Benefits
and their private industry and business counterpart programs,
Union Representation, NIS, FDA,
Mine Safety and Industry Safety Administrations, CDC
Nations Parks

I think this is enough, you get the point as well as there are many
other programs not mentioned here as well. Their effects on our
society in America will be profound and unimaginable.

We also have a large group of Americans that are useful idiots
for the Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra Conservatives. They seem
to think they will be part of that charmed circle of beneficiaries
of the twisted, foul, insidious and devious plans of the
Republicans - Tea Party & Ultra Conservatives. They could
not be more wrong, the useful idiots. Time will tell.

I cannot emphasize more the need for every American to vote
in this election. There is so much at stake. For instance the
Presidency and control of the US House and Senate. We in America
cannot go on with the Tea Party; Conservatives, Republicans,
Controlling the US House or even be able to filibuster in either
US Congressional Chamber. It is unfortunate that
super majorities are needed and minority of members can tie up the
congress. You would think that 51 % majority can run the congress with
only limited filibuster capabilities regarding congressional rules.

We all know how important this election year is and how important
it is to vote. We all Know that the Republicans want to turn the
clock back to pre-1950's and destroy the legacies of;
FDR, HST, DDE, JFK and LBJ.

We all know what the Tea Party Republicans will do as far as eliminating all
types of programs that will affect all of us and have little or no effect on
them, the 1 %; Social Security, US Mail System, Pell Grants and the
Stafford Program, Public Education System, Farm and Agriculture Programs
as well as many other programs that are too many to mention here.

They would reinstate Jim Crow laws if they could. The attacks on
woman’s rights will only increase. The wealthy and well healed
would only grow wealthier and more powerful at our expense,

We all saw that President Obama won a great victory Thursday regarding
his national health care plan with the 5 to 4 ruling of the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice Roberts was the deciding vote, not Justice Kennedy as was
expected. This will be a very contentious point, national health care, during the
election for both the US Congress and the Presidency. The American People
won a great victory with this ruling Thursday in spite of the Republicans ongoing
attempt to wage war on the; Middle Class Americans, Working Class
Americans and the Americans that happen to be Poor or even Indigent.

I cannot emphasize more the need for every American to vote in this election.

Book – news stories & coverage - political organizing – position papers, Change.org - petition related, Twitter & Facebook – general political organizing as well as communication with the public,
Software Consulting Firm – statically and demographic data related to my campaign and efforts.
These efforts are all part of a general political economic and social justice campaign to implement
reforms here in America.

This campaign is an attempted cajole and persuade the American public to support these reforms

This is a short report today. I can go on at length about
the Republicans, Tea Party and the extremist conservatives.
There are those in the; Banking, Real Estate, Brokerage and
Finance, Oil and Natural Gas Industries, General Business
Community and Commerce, and of course the Political
Hack Incumbents that belong in the same category.
The groups above are all working for their own
puritan interest and not the interest of the American
People or America itself.

So many of these groups would destroy our country
as we know it today. Their actions qualify as
Un American Activities counter to our nations interest.
They are so destructive it is beyond belief.
If The Republicans and Romney win the US Congress
and the Presidency our nation will not survive as
we know it. The Legacy of; FDR, HST,DDE, JFK and
LBJ will be destroyed.

If the national elections are held in November this
year, you need to vote for Mr. Obama and the
Democrats in the US Congress. I do not think
much more can be said.

I do ultimately think this nation should go into
National Receivership and the November Elections
should not be held. I have outlined this in

I do have issues with Mr. Obama as well. On the
other hand the Republicans are out the window

This past Saturday April 21 there was a protest and demonstration
at the Illinois IDOT facility at Eagle Lake Road Crete Illinois.
This protest and demonstration was against Congressman
Jesse Jackson Jr and his phony contrived airport ground breaking
ceremony. It was a total sham. They had a few dozen people and
the forces against them had 1000 plus demonstrators.

The corporate news media was there, Channel ‘s 9 & 7 and
Radio 780 as well as at least one of the other smaller local papers.
As expected they showed Jackson’s sham ceremony and
reported very little on the forces, STAND Anti Airport Group,
opposing the proposed SSA – Peotone Airport.

There is plenty to say about this. The Canadian Engineering
Company, SNC Lavelin, was raided just recently by the Canadian
Mounted Police regarding a Canadian Criminal Investigation.

The other corporation involved in the proposed SSA,
L-CORP May also face US DOJ Investigation too.
Time will tell.

Congressman Jackson Jr. is still facing possible FBI Criminal
investigation as subject # 5 and an ethics investigation
in the US House.

I am going to theorize that Governor Quinn may sign a contract
with Congressman Jackson Jr’s ALNAC Group to take over
the airport project and Quinn taking only partial credit.
Quinn may also appoint himself as replacement for Illinois
junior US Senators’ seat in the US Senate to avoid facing
the voters in November 2014. The Junior Senator had a
stroke and may not return to the US Senate. Quinn has
less than 28 % approval rating. He won his primary and
general election by less than 1 % last time.

We all hope and pray this 5 B $ Airport Pork Barrel project
fails. This Situation can go either way but will be decided
this year.

This will be an interesting article. There are several topics
in this article. The Republican National Race and the
7 candidates now down to 4. Also The European
Financial Crisis that is ongoing train wreck in slow motion.
The State of the Union and the Florida Primary.

Let’s start with the European Financial Crisis that is an ongoing
train wreck in slow motion. The Central European Powers,
Germany and France cannot agree on a solution. The
confederation of 27 members simply cannot come
together at the current time. Certainly they know they are
economically stronger together then apart and that this
crisis can lead to a global economic disaster.
There are some rays of sunshine. They are still talking
and a consensus may still develop. In the meantime they
kick the can down the road and continue to monetize
vast sovereign and private bank debt. A stronger more
viable structure is needed with more independent
sovereignty rather than the current federation structure.

The Republican National Race and the
7 candidates now down to 4. Also the Florida Primary is in
a few days and the Republican race may hang in the balance.
Congressman Ron Paul the extreme libertarian will hang in
there with 9 to 14 %. The Big Question will he run as an
independent and swing the election to Mr. Obama ?
Obviously not for two reasons; He wants his son
Senator Rand Paul to be able to run 4 years from now
and he does not want Mr. Obama to win the election.
Former Senator Santorum will drop out or join one of the
tickets, Romney ? The former House Speaker Mr. Gangrich
May win the Florida Primary but the rest of the
Republican Party will go nuts and stop him from winning
the nomination. Mr. Romney will be pretty beat up at
the end of this process but he will be able to provide quite
a brawl for Mr. Obama !!!

The State of the Union that President Obama delivered
was one of his better speeches. I do not think the economy
is improving well enough to hang his hat on or the election.
Yes there has been some very minor improvement. This
improvement has been very excruciatingly slow and halting.
There has never been an economic recovery since
Bretton Woods NH in 1946 that has not taking place without
a strong housing recovery. Mr. Obama’s plans as far as
helping home owners with homes below water refinance
is dead on arrival in the US House under Mr. Bonheur
and Mr. Cantor. One has to ask why so late after
millions have lost their homes has Mr. Obama come
forward with this new plan after the Home Modification
fiasco. Only 880,000 people entered this program
under all types of Bank and Mortgage Company
resistance. Millions of families have lost their homes
by now. Is it not very late as we move toward the election.
Is it not expedient wood you think ?

Obviously the Republicans are out the window !!! God Save
Use from the Republicans. I voted for Mr. Obama for
US Senate against Mr. Keys or Nut Case, whichever you choose.
I voted for Mr. Obama for President. There is a lot of issues
with this guy and his counselors around him. God Save
Our Country.

Re: Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. Ethics Investigation
An investigation into the ethics of U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr.
is warranted due to the following:

-- As criticized by U.S. Rep. John Campbell in 2007, Congressman Jackson’s
Congressional Chief of Staff, Rick Bryant, has served in a dual role as
Executive Director of ALNAC (Abraham Lincoln National Airport Commission),
Jackson’s self-created airport authority, since 2003.

-- ALNAC has apparently misused Tax Increment Financing funds to promote

-- ALNAC advocates the use of a “private/public partnership,” which includes
the giant Canadian Corporation SNC-Lavalin. Bryant is thus promoting financial
interests of private corporations at taxpayer expense.

-- Congressman Jackson pressured former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and
is now pressuring current Governor Pat Quinn to give or rent, below market value,
state-owned land to his self-promoted airport authority, ALNAC.

-- Congressman Jackson advocates taking land immediately for airport
construction through eminent domain, from farmers who are unwilling to sell,
even though the FAA is at least two or three years away from a
Record of Decision on the project.

-- Congressman Jackson has consistently misrepresented his airport project
to the public. His latest false claim was that the project could begin in July of 2012.
That assertion was soundly refuted by Will County Executive Larry Walsh, D-Elwood
in an Op-Ed in the Kankakee Daily Journal, since the FAA is years away from a

-- Raghuveer Nayak, a major donor to Jackson, testified under oath that Jackson
knew about the offer of millions of dollars to then Governor Blagojevich if he
would appoint Jackson to Barack Obama’s senate seat.

-- Mr. Nayak admits to paying for air transportation for Ms. Huidobro,
Jackson’s mistress to fly to Chicago to “visit” with Congressman Jackson,
an apparently undeclared “gift.”

Congressman Jackson has had a pattern of immoral, unethical and probably
illegal behavior for years. Please be vigorous in your investigation. Thank you.

The tax two month extension to maintain the lower
rates on the American Public has passed the US House.
After all types of Republican Party wrangling and
maneuvers and lies and deceptions, reason
has prevailed. The Republicans driven by the
Tea Party Terrorist in the US House
and their assorted lies and deceptions have held
the American Public hostage long enough.
Mr. Obama, Ms. Pelosi and Mr. Reid have effectively
out maneuvered Mr. Boehner and Mr. Cantor in the
US House. I can only think that the unemployment
insurance was extended and that this whole
process will be paid by added fees on new
mortgages.

Even though the Republicans hold a majority
in the US House they have used Filibusters
in the US House and US Senate as well as
parliamentary procedures to stop any
reasonable business and progress from taking
place. Clotures are not possible due to the need
for Super Majorities. Keep in mind the use of the
Filibuster only took place in the past only
one or two times in a decade. The Republicans
use it whenever they can to disrupt the people’s
business and to Facilitate Obstruction of
Governmental Administration and commit
ongoing string of Un American Activities that
can be considered being Provocateurs and
Sedition against the American People.
The Republicans are in Open Rebellion against
the American People.

By the end of February 2012 we will have to go
through this a again to complete the full one
year extension. The Republicans are trying to
dismantle a whole string of programs that
were started in the FDR Administration and the
JFK – LBJ Administrations. I have never seen
such a sinister foul and twisted group that
comes up out of the muck and ooze like
trilobites to inflict there misshapen and
deviated plans on all of us.

I will say it again;
Last word. one’s a gain the nation needs to go
into receivership. Specifically the US Congress
and the Executive Branch with a
National Executor – Receiver with wide discretion
and latitude under the oversight
of the US Supreme Court. This is an
Exigent, Emergency Situation. The American People
are Senior Sovereign with Supremacy over the
States and Federal Government. This whole
situation grows worse every day even as
Europe Financially Collapses. The Europeans have
just flooded the world market with Monetized,
Printed Money and Expanded their balance sheets
to infinity.

As we see how the Republican Party Primaries are shaping up,
we see all types of confusion and disarray. Mr. Romney and
Mr. Gingrich are both falling in the polls and Mr. Ron Paul
is gaining. The whole primary is very fluid. The Constant
upheaval by the Tea Party Ultra Conservatives and the
Moderate Main Stream is ripping the Republican Party
apart with no leadership emerging out of this mess.

In the meantime the US House and US Senate are locked in
gamesmanship and parochial politics to new lows even for
them, the US Congress as a whole at 11% National
Approval Rating. The Tax Cut and the Unemployment
Benefits and how to pay for them has stalled. The two
month temporary and the One Year bills go no wear.
We will all get tax hikes in January 2012. The Republicans
engineered this and are responsible. Of course the Middle
Class will pay for all this through hikes in fees for mortgages.
The Rich and Well Healed and Well Placed go free and they
take from one pocket and give to another pocket.
Too many pockets involved here and none of them
Middle Class Pockets.

Last word. ones a gain the nation needs to go into

The latest CNN Polls have come out and they show
Mit Romney at 24 %, Newt at 22 %, Cain at 14 % and
Perry at 12 %. Cain and Perry are fading fast. Mr. Cain
and his character issues are driving him out of the race.
Then Cain and Perry and their brain freeze issues
are taking there toll as well.

Mr. Romney should be very concerned. Newt Gingrich
the former US House Speaker is coming up fast.
First Mr. Perry challenged Mr. Romney and then
Mr. Cain and now Mr. Gingrich is a close number
two. Mr. Romney just cannot breakout of the 25 %
range. It seems anybody but Romney for ¾ of the
Republicans.

I understand there is a 5^th woman coming forward
and a guy has allegedly confirmed the allegations of
one of the women. A joint press conference for all
5 of the women is currently being organized.
Mr. Cain’s wife has stepped out of the shadows
to say the allegations are false but this will have
very little effect.

I do believe both the US Congress with their
14 % approval rating and the Executive Branch,
Mr. Obama with 44 % Gallup Poll now coming
back from a low of 26 % Fox Poll in June 2009
Will be in Federal National Receivership in the next
few months. Keep in mind the American People have
Most Senior Sovereignty with Supremacy over the
50 State Governments and their Charters and the Federal
Government and the US Constitution.

If the Elections are held, If the Republicans really wanted
to win the election. They would nominate
General Colin Powell for President and Ms. Condoleezza Rice
for Vice President. We know that’s not going to happen.
Their nominations. Let’s see what happens.

This will be an interesting article. There are several topics
in this article. The Republican National Debate and the
7 candidates that were there. Also The European
Financial Crisis.

The Republican Debate did not go well at all. Mr. Perry
performed poorly to say the least and more than likely
will slip in to single low single digit status in the polls over the
next few days. In his own words, “ I am not one of those
word talkers “. I will say so. Figuratively speaking, stick a
fork in him politically. He is done. All he can do at this
point is keep going and spend a lot of campaign money
provided by the Oil and Business Community and
in time bow out.

Herman Cain and his issues. The Corporate Press
said he did all wright. You look at his performance
and tell me that or someone with common sense
and at least two sets of neurons and synapsis.
This guy is terrible and is out of his intellectual
depth completely. 9 9 9 is not the universal answer.
He uses this stock answer like a ninth graders
in algebra class uses the quadratic formula
to solve a factorial problem. In algebra they call
it the sledge hammer for factorials. 9 9 9 I am
afraid does not qualify and his proposal
in economic terms will badly damage
the middle class and help the Rich and Well Healed.
Due to his issues with at least 4 if not more women
I could see him falling to low single digit status
and out of the primary fairly soon.

Mr. Romney the weather vane. He looked and
sounded ok in the debate until he was asked
a question about Herman Cain and he said,
“ O Shit “. Then he deferred the question to Herman Cain
and disengaged. His poll numbers are stuck at around
22 to 25 %. He cannot win the nomination with that.
The hard core Tea Party and Extremist Conservatives
will not accept him. Many just do not trust him and
consider him to be low coefficient of friction in nature,
slippery nature as un acceptable. He will do just about
anything he feels he needs to. He has no boundaries at all.

Newt was the big winner here. His combative, truculent and
arrogant style were showing through. His poll numbers will
rise to the high teens or low 20 % plus range. This guy is
living in a glass house painted with targets figuratively
speaking. What did former President Ronald Regan
say, “ Character Counts “.

The rest of the field are of little significants and look like
they will fade. Some will continue due to their current
campaign funding but that will not last. Nute and Romney
will split the vote with 35 to 45 % of the party vote each.
The balance will not know what to do. They will be
beside themselves anticipating a possible large
congressional end executive branch losses.
The Republican should be conserned and freighted.

The only other aspect that needs to be mentioned is the
following. All the Republicans want to eliminate 3 to more
then 5 federal department and the Federal Reserve.
All of them want all the government out of our lives.
All of them want to eliminate most of the federal
programs; Student Aid and Financing, Road Construction
and the Interstate Highway System, FEMA, The
Space Program and many other programs, Social Security,
Medicaid and Medicare, The Home Owners Tax Deduction
and the NLRB and your Right to Union Representation
and Collective Bargaining. The list just go’s on.
God Save us.

Let’s finish up with Europe. These 7 candidates have no
Idea of what we are facing in Europe and the financial
issues that face us. Greece may be settled for now but we
will re visit this again in 6 to 8 months from now.
Italy may stay above water we will see. The bond yields
cannot be sustained much above 7 %. The Italian Economy
is too large to bailout. This will affect us in a major way
and could collapse our banking and economic system
as well as the Euro System. God Save Us.
There is no good answers here.

Changing the name of the J. Edger Hoover Building.

We all know the reputation of the late Director of the FBI,
J. Edger Hoover. This was a time when the FBI was Hoover’s FBI.
Not the FBI of today. I am proposing that the J. Edger Hoover
FBI Building name be changed. Perhaps a memorial name to
three FBI Agents that paid the ultimate price in the line of
duty to our nation, Justice Dep. and the FBI. I would think
there are three names from the FBI’s history that would be
suitable for this tribute.

I cannot emphasize more there is no dispersions on the
contemporary FBI, the Agent Population or the FBI
Executive Leadership regarding this building name change.
Mr. Hoover’s name must come off this building.
His reputation and conduct is among the most retched,
twisted and foal in American Governmental History.

J. Edger Hoover’s name would be removed from the
FBI Headquarters Building in Washington D.C.. The Building
would be renamed after three FBI Agent’s that paid the
ultimate sacrifice for their country and service in the line of duty.
I am sure Mr. Hoover would be having an episode Watching this
Happen down at the deepest sulfur lake of fire in Dante’s Infernal
in woman’s lingerie. Hoover’s reputed proclivities and alleged
defective moral compass as well as the many issues regarding
his very defective and troubling conduct warrant this. Mr. Hoover’s
activities regarding personal files on everyone in power and the use
of those file that may have been used to blackmail, manipulate and
coarse members of congress and even presidents are considerations
regarding this. Also there is the alleged matter of Hoover attempting to
blackmail Nobel Laureate and Civil Rights Leader Dr. Martin Luther King to
commit suicide in the 1960’s. There is no lack of depth and depravity to
Hoover’s actions. J. Edger Hoover is Regarded with Absolute Derision and
as an Abomination and Disgrace by many in our country.

Just a last point. Did Mr. Giancana and his pear associates have pictures
on Hoover ? Did they control Hoover, the Mob ? Keep in mind that
Mr. J. Edger Hoover always denied the very existence of the Mob,
Syndicate, Organized Crime in America until well after Mr. Valachi
testified In October 1963 before the McClellan Sub Committee on
Investigations in the US Congress. Then it was a great revelation to
Mr. Hoover about the existence of the Mob, Syndicate,
Organized Crime in America. Even though the Appalachian Meeting
at Joseph Barbara’s Estate in the Catskills took place in November 1957,
Mr. Hoover still refused to acknowledge the existence of the Mob.
Hoover did acknowledge the Mob’s existence only grudgingly
after the Valachi Papers. So much for Omerta.

Let’s have Mr. Obama issue and executive order to change the
name on the FBI Building As described above. Or perhaps the
American People will do it for him considering their Most Senior
Sovereignty and Supremacy over the US Government and the

Here are a number of other pertinent points that America is in very
bad need of.

Topic; The shipment and transfer of American Jobs overseas.
            As we all know many American Corporations move employment
            overseas. A comprehensive program must be created to
            retain these jobs and penalize corporations from
            moving jobs overseas. Not subsidizing this
            migration of American Employment overseas.

Topic; Over regulation regarding permits, studies, licenses,
            applications, regulations of all types and all other
            requirements in America.
            The situation regarding regulations is totally out of control.
            We as a nation must have a proper balance of regulation
            and progress and economic growth. This whole
          situation must be studied, acted upon and effectuated.
            This situation regarding regulation is choking our nation
            and preventing the economic growth we need in American.

Topic; Intellectually Property, Patent’s & Copyrights.
            We all know we must protect our intellectual property
            and safe guard our future. I cannot emphasize more
            this issue and the impact on our nation we are
            dealing with at the hands of our nations enemies.

Topic; Currency Manipulation and Import Export Protectionism.
             Nations that are involved in this at our expense will hear
             from us. We will look out after our national interest.
             No more sweet deals or looking the other way.
             Fair trade is expected with proper currency value.
            We must work with other nations regarding GATT and
             other trade and financial treaties. We cannot build a
             tariff and import regulatory wall or Smoot Holly type Act
             and expect to be part of the international community.
             We must still lookout after our national interest.

Topic; Product Labeling regarding; Origen, % Content,% Mfg., % Assembly
            ingredients, Chemicals, Dangers & Warnings, Instructions,
            Dimensions and Weights & Measures, Specifications, Standards,
            Licensesing, Engineering Specifications, Maintenance,
            Warranties and guaranties, Nutrition Facts, Safety & Hazards,
            Material Contents.
            The above speaks for itself. The American People expect this.

Topic; Immigration Reform and national transparency of all
            of American Governmental Immigration policies & regulations.
            Thorough publication of all immigration quotas per nation of
            origin and any other pertinent facts and information.
           The American borders must be protected and secured. Illegal aliens in our
              country now must be given the opportunity to be put on
              path to US citizenship and documented as well as
              integrated into our population by being qualified to
              speak American English as the American National
              Legal Language.

Topic; All duties and tariff and trade information and all
            pertinent information regarding this area of information.
           This information is required by the American People.
             This level of transparency is required to protect
             the American People and prevent subterfuge
             and abuse of special financial interest.    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is several more items that need to be factored into
this process of reform and change as well as justice and equity.
Abrogation of Right to Work Laws and implementation of
union reforms and upgrades; upgrade of the Wagner Act,
proper restructuring limitations of the Taft Hartley Act as well as
Union Card Check implementation.

We cannot permit the denial of basic human rights such as
the right of voluntary association, union representation and
collective bargaining. The Abrogation of Right to Work Laws
and implementation of union reforms and upgrades;
upgrade of the Wagner Act, proper restructuring of the
Taft Hartley Act as well as Union Card Check implementation
are all part of this process.

I think Martin Luther King said it best, paraphrase, “ We must
bring human rights out of the shadow of States rights “.
No State Government or even the Federal Government
can deny these rights or obstruct or interfere with them
and expect to have a truly free and just society.

As we have seen Texas Republican Governor Rick Perry
has slid in the polls to 5^th place. Mr. H. Cain 25 %, M. Romney 21 %,
Mr. N. Gangrich 10 %, Rand Paul 8% and 5^th place Mr. R. Perry 6 %.
Mr. Perry still has at least 15 + M in campaign funds and a
campaign organization in place. Mr. Perry still has all that
Oil and Corporate campaign money coming in.
This is from the latest CNN Poll Oct 25^th.

Republicans just do not want Mr. Romney and Mr. Perry has
fallen from grace. Mr. Perry has issues debating.
In the meantime Mr. Cain, Mr. Gangrich
has resin in the polls. We will have to see what happens
next. Stay tuned.

Let’s just consider the entire Republican far right extremist
conservative Tea Party list of candidates. Most Americans
do not want the Republicans to Destroy; Social Security &
Medicaid, The FDR/ Kennedy/ LBJ Social Support Safety Net.
Most Americans insist that the Wealthy and Well Healed
and the Well Placed pay higher taxes as well.

The Republicans in the obstructionist operations in the
US Congress just do not get it. Well the AARP TV Advertisement
said it best, Paraphrase; “ We are 55 M Americans and you will
hear us now and on election Day “. Let’s see what happens.
