While borrowing heavily from the US Constitution this Document is
also meant to replace the current US Constitution.
We the people of the United States America, Being Most Senior Sovereign over the
Federal Government and State Governments as well as Local Governments
in order to form a more perfect union, establish Justice Civil Rights, Human Rights,
One Person One Vote of Equal Value and Equal Weight in all Local State and
Federal Elections and Political Party Primaries, insure domestic tranquility,
provide for the common defense, Endeavor to Explore the Realms of
Science Engineering and Technology Throughout Our Universe,
Fight for Justice against Evil and Totalitarian Regimes People and Leaders as well as
Organizations, Provide a Just Economic Alternate Competitive Free Enterprise System,
Establish and Perform Humanitarian Acts to Assist All Others to Make a Better World,
Establish an Education System for all and Maintain the Right to Unionize the Work Place,
Promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves
and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article One; * Mechanics an Process of Government.
Section
One A. The Nation shale have a Federal Government. The Federal Government of the United States of America
will be a Quasi Federal Unitary System of Government that Governs all our Nation.
* The American People are Most Senior Sovereign over the Federal, States and Local Governments.
This in keeping with the Ideas of the Federalist Papers and the Declaration of Independence.
* That Federal Government shale be Senior Sovereign over the State Governments and the Local Governments.
* There will be no reserve clause regarding the authority of the Federal Government over the States and
Local Governments
* The United States Constitution will be interpreted in an Elastic Non Constructionist Manor.
This will mean and interpreted as a Living Constitution.
* All Americans are Equal Under the United States Constitution and it's Law's and Statutes and Regulations;
Men, Women, All Racial Groups, All Ethnic Creeds, All Colors of all People, All Ages, All People of any
National Origins, All Religions or Non Religions as well as any or all forms of Sexual Orientations.
* Business's and or Corporations or Trust or any form of Business or Corporate or Trust or Entity or Combination
are not People and do not have the same Legal Rights but those of a lesser standard compared to People
or American Citizens.
* The United States of America will have a Single National Tax System that divides the revenue between the;
Federal Government 60 %, All State Governments 40 %, based on population by 85 % of the 40 % and
15 % per state of the 40 % by direct allocation, All Counties and School Districts will use the same method.
* The United States of America will transform the American Economic System to an Alternate Competitive
Free Enterprise System. True Market Price Discovery and the concept of and application of Private Property
will be the same. Eminent Domain will still be a power of government at all levels. The United States
Government will establish corporations that are totally or partially governmentally owned to raise tax
revenue and to maintain and expand and grow the domestic economy. These corporations will not have
special advantages. All other forms of Businesses will compete with the government corporations on a
equal basis. No other form of tax will be allowed at any level of government. All persons with either
Earned or Unearned or Royalty Income will still file a national Income Tax to the Federal Government.
Any person with an income of 850,000.00 $ or more will pay taxis on a graduated sliding scale
from 1 % to 10 % with no deductions. All Corporations will pay taxis with income of 100M or more
from 1 % to 5 % no Deductions on a graduated scale. No organization, person, political party,
foundation, public service organization, private library, profit non profit school, non profit
university or college or polytechnic institute, Aquarium, zoo, arboretum, planetarium, museum,
farm, society, fraternal order, any organization or fraternity or sorority, educational organization,
this will also apply to all religious organizations will pay taxis on income of 100M or more
* One Person One Vote of Equal Value and Equal Weight in all National, State and Local Elections as well as
Political Party Primaries and their Process's. No Super Delegate Status are Permitted under any Set of
Circumstances.
* Political Parties will only be permitted to have Primaries: Nation Wide Primaries General Elections,
State Wide Primaries General Elections, County Wide Primaries or School District Wide Primaries
General Elections. No; Caucuses, Conventions or any other format. National, State, County and
School District Conventions will choose Candidates Based on The General Election in that Level
of Government.
* All Political Party Conventions General Elections; will be held on the same date, The Second Tuesday of
November The year before the General Election. The following November of the next year on the
Second Tuesday of that year will be the General Elections; National, State and County as well as School
Districts.
* The Australian Ballet or as it is known in in political science as the Secret Ballet will be the only manner
Voting that will be held
*. The Federal Government will Hold all Election, Not the State or Local Governments.
* Any American Citizen that is 18 years of age and has not been convicted of a felony will be able to vote
in any Federal, State, Local or School District Election. This will apply to; Men, Women, All Ages,
All Racial Groups, All Ethnic Creeds, All Colors of all People, All People of any National Origins,
All Religions or Non Religions as well as any or all forms of Sexual Orientations.
No form of Pole Tax or Pole Test shale be required of any Person Voting in any Election.
* No form of voter suppression will be permitted at any level of government.
* Only American Citizens can hold Elected Office or Appointed Office or Civil Service Office and that has Not
Committed a Felony. This is the same requirement for all those that hold a Security Clearance.
* There will be two branches of the Federal Government, Legislative and Judicial.
* All Americans must have the following; A Specified Format Form Berth Certificate, US Passport,
US Social Security Card, US Drivers License or Federal ID Card, Those with Drivers Licenses must also
have a Federal ID Card, A US Voter Registration Card for those 18 and older, 18 to 55 and older must have
a current Draft Card, Those that have served must also have a current Pink Military ID Card as well.
* All Civil Service, Appointed and Provisional as well as Elected Officials and Employees as well as
Military Personnel must have up to date Id as Specified.
* No employer or Government Agency can employ an Illegal Alien. Private Employers and Government
Agencies must use the E - Verify System as well as other specified and non specified data systems
and method and means to verify all prospective employees.
* No private employer or government agency can exploit or abuse or take advantage of an employee or
prospective employee.
* It will be illegal to bring into the United States of America any exotic or farm animal or form of life without
proper licensing. No private person or organization shale poses or own any form of Exotic or Farm
animal or Form of Life without proper licensing. The public may not have dangerous animals that may be
threat to the public.
* No corporation or person or organization will be able to copy right or patten a life form or genetic gene
or protein.
* Corporations or any form of business's shall not form any organization for the purpose of lobbying any
part of government at any level or any employee, civil servant appointed official or elected official.
Section
Two B. The Legislative Branch of Government Shale be the Strongest Branch of Government.
The United States Congress of the United States of America.
The legislature shale pass all laws the nation will be governed by. The legislature will
have an Executive Committee that governs and directs the Legislature and
Government. The Executive Committee is the Nations Executive Authority that will
work both Independently on its Own and through the Legislature as well.
Two C. Legislative Executive Committee will be made up of 60 members that are voted into the
Executive Committee from the majority party or coalition conference in the United States
Congress. The Speaker and Executive Committee Chairman will be one person out of
the number of 60 member Executive Committee Members. The Speaker and
Executive Committee Chairman will also be voted into that position by the
majority party or coalition conference in the United States Congress, the Nations Legislature.
All 57 Cabinet Members will be appointed by the Speaker and Executive Committee Chairman
from outside the US Congress and be confirmed by the 60 standing members Executive
Committee from the US Congress the Nations Legislators. The 59 Cabinet Members will vote
on an equal basis with the other 60 Legislative Members as part of the
Legislative Executive Committee . Only the 60 Legislative members
can remove any of the 59 Cabinet Members.
Two C -1 The Speaker and Chairmen of the Executive Committee will be one person. That person will lead the
Nations Executive Authority, The Executive Committee. That person will preside over the
Executive Committee. That person will vote as five votes and have tie breaking vote.
The Speaker and Chairmen of the Executive Committee will not have Item Veto and will
only have a limited General Veto. There will be 45 % or more to override the limited veto.
The Speaker and Chairmen of the Executive Committee will be Commander and Chief of
Armed Forces and the National Chief Executive Officer. All Departments other then
Judicial Branch and Judicial Departments will report to the Speaker and Chairmen Executive Committee.
Two C - 3 The Federal Attorney General which will sit on the Executive Committee and will be the
Chief Law Enforcement Officer and Director of the Justice Department. The Attorney General
will be Appointed by the Speaker and Executive Committee Chairmen and Confirmed by the
Executive Committee. The Attorney General will have one vote and be a
member of the Executive Committee. The Attorney General will be the number one
person at the Justice Department. The National Organized Crime Investigation
Commission will also be under the DOJ.
Two C - 4 The Solicitor General which will sit on the Executive Committee will be the Chief
National Prosecutor and Appellate Advocate and will supervise government litigation.
The Solicitor General will be Appointed by the Speaker and Executive Committee Chairmen and
Confirmed by the Executive Committee. The Solicitor General will have one vote and be
a member of the Executive Committee. The Solicitor General will be the
number two person at the Justice Department. Subordinate to the Attorney General.
Two C - 5 The Treasury Secretary Will be the chief Financial Officer of the United States and be the
number one person at the Treasury Department. The Treasury Secretary will be Appointed by the
Speaker and Executive Committee Chairmen and Confirmed by the Executive Committee.
The Treasury Secretary will have one vote and be a member of the
Executive Committee. The Treasury Department will also control the National Mint and the
IRS. The Treasury will also be the only agency to be authorized to issue Debt or Bonds or
Notes or Promissory Notes.
Two C - 6 The National Comptroller will be the number two person at the treasury and subordinate
to the Treasury Secretary. The National Comptroller will be Appointed by the
Speaker and Executive Committee Chairmen and Confirmed by the Executive Committee.
The National Comptroller will have one vote and be a member of the Executive Committee.
the National Comptroller oversees the execution of laws relating to national banks and
national commercial banks and promulgates rules and regulations governing the operations
of banking institutions. The Comptroller also supervises a nation wide staff of
bank examiners and investigators. Charters, mergers, and establishment of
branches of national banks and national commercial banks require approval of the
Comptroller of the Currency. The National Comptroller will be the Comptroller of the
National Currency.
Two C - 7 Chairman of the Federal Reserve and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board will be the
the number one person of the Federal Reserve and the Federal Reserve Board.
Two C - 9 Chairman of the Bank of the United States of America will be the Director and number one
person of the Bank of the United States of America.
Two C - 10 Director of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 12 Director of the Federal Communications Commission will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 13 Director of the Atomic Energy Commission and the National Weapons Laboratories and
Energy Department, will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the
assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 14 Director of the Military Corp of Engineers will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 15 Director of the NASA and the National Laboratories System will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 16 Director of the Transportation Department will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 17 Director of the Federal Aviation Administration will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 18 Secretary of Commerce and Trade will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 15 Secretary of Agriculture and Interior and National Parks and Preserves, will lead and direct the
activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 19 Secretary of the United States Geologic Survey will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 20 Director of t United States Postal Service will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 21 Director of Education and Chancellor of the National University System will lead and direct the
activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 22 The Surgeon General will direct the National Health and Human Services Department;
Public Health Department, The CDC, FDA, Veterans Hospital System and EPA,
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 23 Director of the United States Marshal Service, a senior law enforcement agency,
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 24 Director of the ATF and E Bureau, a senior law enforcement agency, will lead and direct
the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 25 Director of DEA, a senior law enforcement agency, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 26 Secretary of the National Protective Service and Direct Replacement of the Secret Service.
A subordinate law enforcement agency, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 27 Director of the National Law Enforcement Agency and Direct Replacement of the FBI.
A subordinate law enforcement agency, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 28 Director of the Border Patrol; Customs Service and Immigration and Naturalization Service,
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 29 Director of Homeland Security and the National Command Center, will lead and direct the activities
of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency. This agency will also direct the
National Counter Intelligence Agency.
Two C - 30 Director of the CIA and OSS will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 31 Director of the NSA and the National Bureau of Intelligence Service will lead and direct the activities
of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 31 Secretary of Defense and the number one person over the DOD will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 32 Secretary of the Navy and Marine Corps and Co Number Two under the
Defense Secretary in the DOD, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 33 Secretary of the Air Force and Space Service and Co Number Two under the
Defense Secretary in the DOD, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 34 Secretary of the Army and Co Number Three under the Secretary of the Defense
in the DOD, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 35 Secretary of the Cost Guard and Co Number Three under the Secretary of Defense
in the DOD, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 36 Director of the National Currency and Financial Crimes Bureau.
A subordinate law enforcement agency, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 37 Secretary of the National Cyber Service. A subordinate law enforcement and
national intelligence agency, will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 38 Secretary of the National War Mobilization Materials and Manpower Board
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 39 Secretary of the National Penal System and Client Transition and Reform System,
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 40 Secretary of the National Think Tank and Analysis Agency will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 41 Secretary of the National Planning and Evaluation Agency will lead and direct the activities of

direct OSHA and EEOC and the Civil Rights Commission.
Two C - 48 Director of Internal affairs and Law Enforcement. A senior law enforcement
agency. The Director will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 49 Director of Internal Security and Security Classification and Clearance Bureau,
A senior Intelligence and law enforcement agency. The Director will lead and direct the activities
of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 50 Secretary of the National Testing and Evaluation Weights and Measures Agency.
The Secretary will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 51 Director of the National Department of Weights; Measures, Labeling and
Documentation, Licensing and Certifications. The Director will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency. This agency will mandate and
direct and supervise all labeling of all products and services with proper documentation
as to; Place of Origen and Manufacture and or % of at any and all locations, Contents and
Constituent Ingredients, All Health related information.
Two C - 52 National Archives and Data Banks; Libraries, Museums, Aquariums, Zoos
Planetariums will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency..
Two C - 53 Secretary of the Office of General Services will lead and direct the activities of
that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency. The Secretary
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 54 Secretary of Publications; Documentation, Communications and Archives,
will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 55 Secretary of State will be the number one person at the United States State Department.

Two C - 56 Secretary of Housing and Urban Renewal and Commercial, Business and Industrial Development.
The Secretary will lead and direct the activities of

will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the assigned task of this agency.
Two C - 58 Secretary of Veteran Affairs will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the

Two C - 59 Director of the National Consumer Protection Agency which will also Direct Joint Commission
and ADPH. The Director will lead and direct the activities of that agency and carryout the
assigned task of this agency.
Two C. Legislature Rules of Order
Two D. Legislative Committee System. There shale be one Executive Committee and 20 Congressional
Committee's covering specific areas and specific domains and jurisdictions that they will oversee.
Two E. No Re Apportionment, No Gerrymandering. One person one vote of equal value and equal weight
in the United States Congress which is the legislature of our nation. Voting in all elections shale
be on person one vote of equal value and equal weight in all elections: Federal, State and Local and
Political Party Primaries across this nation.
Two F. The Governors, State Attorney Generals, State Secretary of States, State Comptrollers,
State Treasury Secretaries, Lieutenant Governors and six Senators from each state shale make up
the Legislature, The Congress of the United States of America that will pass all laws for the
entire nation. Each new state that joins the union will have the same number and type of representation.
As of 2016 the legislature would have 600 members divided up into three class or cohorts, Class I, II & III.
Each member would have a 6 year term of office that would cover their Federal and State Term of office.
Every two years 1/3 their number would go up for re election. The Legislature would be a one house
legislature, Cameral and an Executive Committee elected from the majority Party or Coalition
Conference.
Two G. The United States Congress Shale have a " A and B Ballot Voting System".
All members of the United States Congress shale have one "A Vote" and a proportionate number of
" B Votes" that reflect the population of their respective states. This ratio of " B Votes" shale be
derived in the same manner for all members of the United states Congress.
Each member of the United States Congress shale represent their entire state and it's population.
Members of the United States Congress, the nations legislature, will not split their " A and or B Votes".
A vote by a member of congress is either yea, infavor or nay against.
Two H. The attendance of the members of the United States Congress, the Nations Legislature shale
consist of 98 % attendance, physically in chambers or committee or special assignment or task
directed by the congressional leadership. Any deviation of this must be with their permission.
No member of congress may avoid a vote or be absent under any circumstance especially
so as to create a circumstance where there is not a Quorum in the Congress or Congressional
Committee.
Two I. The United States Congress may change or limit the Jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch of
Government of the United States of America. A Quorum of 98 % and a 3/4 Affirmative,
Yea Votes are required. This vote must be a Teller Vote.
Two J. A member of the United States Congress must be at least 32 years of age and will not
serve in the congress past the age of 71 years of age.
Members of the executive committee will also abide by these same requirements.
All elected or appointed officials of all branches of government must be
United States Citizens that are Natural Bourn or Naturalized Citizens.
No felonies will be permitted at all of any US Citizens that are elected or appointed
to office in any Local, State or Federal Office. All Local and State Elected or Appointed
Office must be at least 21 years of age and may not serve past the age of 71 years of age.
Two K. A Quorum of 60 % is required to pass; Laws, Declarations, General Business, Rules,
Motions, Affirmations, Regulations, Directives, Referendums to go up for National Votes,
Public Recall of Elected and Appointed Officials to go up for National Votes and any other
General Business not covered here. The same Quorums will apply to committees.
All of these votes must be least 50 % plus one vote for passage. This will apply to
committees as well.
Two L. A Quorum of 60 % is required to pass; Declarations of War, Letters of Marque and
Reprisals, Impeachments and Convictions, Amendments to the United States
Constitution or of, Treaties.
60 % plus one vote will be required for passage. These votes must be a Teller Vote.
Section
Three A. The Judicial Branch of Government will Adjudicate the Laws past by the Legislative Branch
of Government and from time to time declare laws unconstitutional. The Legislature may
override or over rule court decisions by 99 % Quorum and a 60 % Affirmative Vote.
This vote must be a Teller Vote.
Three B. The Supreme Court of the United States of America will be the Nations Highest Court.
The Supreme Court will be made up of 30 Supreme Court Justices Serving a 12 year term.
Every 4 years 1/3 their number will either be reappointed and confirmed or a new Justice
will be appointed and confirmed.
Three C. The Speaker of the United States Congress and Chairmen of the Executive Committee will
Make all appointments to the Supreme Court with 2/3 of the Executive committee in the
affirmative as confirmation and appointment to office. A Quorum of 59 out of 117 members
of the Executive Committee will be needed to confirm and appointment.
This same process will apply to all Appeals Courts and Federal District Courts.
Three D. There will be 30 Appeals Courts each with a Chief Justice and 4 Associate Justices.
These Justices will not be Supreme Court Justices Riding the Circuit.
Three E. There will be 300 Federal District Courts each with a Chief Justice and 2 Associate
Justices. No Supreme Court or Federal Appeals Court Justice will ride the Circuit
of the Federal District Courts.
Three F. All Appeals Courts are Appellate Intermediate Courts to the Supreme Court. All other courts
are inferior courts to the Supreme Court. The Federal District Courts are inferior to the
Federal Appeals Courts.
Three G. All Federal Appeals Courts and Federal District Courts are appointed and confirmed for
life to a maximum age of 71 years of age. Retirement is mandated at that point in time.
They serve only as long as they are in good behavior and conduct and fidelity.
Three H. All Supreme Court Justices will serve to a maximum age of 71 years of age. Retirement
is mandated at that point in time. They serve only as long as they are in good behavior
and conduct and fidelity.
Three I. 40 years of age is the minimum age any person can be appointed to any Judgeship in
Federal Court System.
Three J. By law passed by the United States Congress the number of Federal Appeals Courts
and Federal District Courts can be expanded or reduced in number.
A quorum of 98 % is required and a 3/4 majority in favor, yea votes are required.
This vote must also be a Teller Vote.
Three K. The Congress will set up other Jurisdictional Federal District Courts to handle other special issues
in addition to the established Federal District Courts.
Section Four A. The bill of Rights.
Four B.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Four C.
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Four D.
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Four E.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Four G.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Four H.
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Four I.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Four J.
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Four K.
All the Laws and Regulations of the Federal Government, All State Governments and All Local Governments will apply
equally to all citizens in all parts of their respective Governmental Jurisdiction. All laws and regulations will apply equally
to all United States Citizens regardless of; Race, Creed, Color, Age, National Origen, Sex, Sexual Orientation or any other
set of circumstances or differences.
Four L.
American Citizens have the right to be protected from Corporations and any form of Business Combination that would usurp
their rights and destabilize our nation.
Four M.
Every American Citizen has the right to be represented by collective bargaining unit or union. The establishment of
right to work laws as a means to stop or hinder the formation and operation of unions is prohibited. The establishment of
unions through community of interest process through the National Labor Relations Board and Act and process will not be infringed.
The Union Method of Card Check Registration for the Direct Efficient for Recruiting prior to NLRB Election to form a Union and
Bargaining Unit will not be Infringed.
Four O.
A Mother has the right to choose regarding Birth or Abortion and this decision is strictly between the mother and Attending Doctor.
Four P.
One Person One Vote of Equal Value and Equal Weight, This is the basic right of every American Citizen.

Four Q.
No employer may block or deny or limit workmen's compensation or unemployment compensation to any current or
former employee. The State Labor Department in each of the respective states will review and adjudicate these matters.
A former employee will receive their benefits even if they are fired or if the quit.
Four R.
The United States EEOC will have jurisdiction over; Discrimination, Personal Injury, Employer or Company Negligence,
Illegal Activity by the Employer, Public Health and Pollution Issues in relation to current or former employee's and shall
report any and all illegal employer or company conduct to the DOJ or any other Federal and or State Agency
with Jurisdiction. At the conclusion of process by the EEOC of Mediation they will go to investigation if
mutual agreement is not reached and make a judgment during their adjudication process. At that point the
current or former employee will receive a " Notice of Right to Sue " in Federal district Court. Also at any time
during this process a current or former employee may request a " Notice of Right to Sue " from the EEOC,
but all EEOC Process will be put on hold depending on the outcome of Federal Proceedings.
There will be a limit of 60 million dollars on any Adjudication or Mediated Settlement or Adjudication by the
EEOC and the current or former employee will still have the right to sue in Federal District Court. This will not
apply to Mutual Agreements by Mediation. The current or former employee will not have the right to
sue. When Mutual Agreement by Mediation is made, this will be final.
Four S.
No American Citizen or legal alien will be subject to tie in sales by any business entity. No business combination
or entity shale require the purchase of another product or service to receive a discount or not receive a discount.

No business organization or entity or combination especially those in the securities, banking and insurance

Members for a six year term of office. The members of the District Federal Reserve Board will
have one vote including the District Bank President. No veto power to the Federal District Reserve
President. The District President shale be the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of that district.
The District President shale only have one additional vote to break tie's. Only the Congress or the
Federal Courts can remove members. The Chairman of the Federal Reserve and each of the
Executive Board, The FMOC, which will be composed of 24 Members that will serve 6 year terms
