Governors of Wisconsin, Ohio and Illinois State Receivership.
This essay is regarding the involuntary receivership of three states
and the removal of their Governors and Lt. Governors;
Illinois & Governor Quinn Dem., Ohio &, Governor Kasich Rep. and
Wisconsin & Governor Walker Rep.. There is a long history in regards
to all three states and their respective governors. The main issues
in all three cases is the following; Oath of Office Violations,
Not Acting in the Best Interest of their Respective States,
Deceptive Acts and Obstruction of Governmental Administration,
Violations of the US Constitution, Honest Services Act Issues,
Wagner Act and NLRB Union Breaking Issues,
Evading Due Process and Public Administration and finally
Obstruction of Justice as well as possible US Code Violations.
Let’s mainly look at the common issues for all three Governors
and their respective States; Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.
All three Governors and their respective State Legislatures
past laws and Facilitated all three of the Governors Actions.
The State Legislatures of all three States are part and parcel with
what has taken place.
All three Governors and their Facilitating State Legislatures past
Laws that were Post Facto Laws. This is in violation of the
US Constitution and a number of the other violations mentioned
in the first paragraph. These activities were in regards to Union
Breaking and Wagner Act Issues. The Breaking of Labor Contracts is
no barrier to these Governors in order to obtain their political
devious foul ends.
Each of these Governors was attempting to break Labor Contracts
and Break the Rightful Labor Representation meant to protect
State Workers Civil Service Labor Rights. Again in each case the
Respective Governors and their State Legislators Consorted and
Facilitated to break a number of items mentioned in the
first paragraph.
In each case for all three States; Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin the
Governors and State Legislatures undermined not only the State Workers
as well as their respective State at Large Constituents, The Public.
Under the issue of state finances each of these Governors and
their respective State Legislatures Misrepresented the Economic and
Financial Facts to the Public of their States. The Twisted Logic and
devious foul ends each Governor and State Legislatures that followed
was incredible.
During the last election each Governor and State Legislatures
misrepresented themselves to their respective Statewide
Public at Large, Their Constituents. None of the Governors or
Members of the three State Legislatures indicated the program
and manor they would follow to carry it out. They misrepresented
themselves to the voters. They lied. The public voted for one thing
and got another. Sort of like Bait and Switch.
All three states are no better off financially or economically today,
especially Illinois under the Hack Governor Quinn and his
Facilitating State Legislature. Just think of the hardships these
elected officials put on their respective state populations as well
as the state workers.
Illinois especially is in extraordinary bad financial and economic
free fall. Illinois and more than likely the other two states were
provided with inaccurate bond and economic reviews from the
three major credit reviewing agencies that allowed them to spend
to infinity; Standard and Poor’s, Mood’s and Fitch. All three states
have pursued retched and farfetched financial and economic
programs that debased each of their respective states finances
and state economies.
I am going to provide you with just one of Governor Quinn’s
Hack Ideas, The proposed Peotone SSA / South Suburban Airport.
There is a complete essay that is on this website explaining in
detail what the issues are. Briefly, we have four airports in
Chicago Metro. There is over capacity for many years to come.
Three of these airports are expanding and will more than meet
any possible added aviation needs, Gary Indiana, Rockford Illinois
and O’Hare Illinois. The Proposed Peotone SSA is nothing but
Pure Pork Barrel Spending. President Obama has been ask for
an Executive Order to stop this insanity. He has chosen not
to respond and indicate his administration is transparent.
The leadership, minority and majority and the leading anti-pork
barrel folks in the US Congress simply do not want
to address this issue. This is a five billion dollar project
not counting on going yearly operating expense.
This project is causing major dislocation in our area
regarding the expected 37 square mile area it will cover.
Up to 6 east west runways and four engine planes flying over
several thousand homes at 1,500 to 2,000 feet at over 100 Db.
Noise Levels. To this date no aviation industry or airline
supports this project. Illinois has spent nearly 400 million
dollars on this project and the project is only at FAA Tier I
at this time and not on the Federal build List.
I just have to include this as well. The Head of
Caterpillar has indicated they may move out of state.
The hack Governor Quinn said they are not going anywhere.
I think if a major corporate leader indicates publicly that
tends of thousands of jobs of his corporation may
move and relocate, Something has to
give or change. I think we may not be talking about a move
to South Carolina, Georgia or Texas but Brazil !!!
Look at Schenectady GE and the Corporate R & D
expansion to China. Just look at Google Satellite Imagery.
I could just keep going on about each of these Governors
and their State Legislatures. I think you get the idea.
Each of these states have failed their constituencies the public.
The Governors, Lt. Governors and Facilitating State Legislatures
Membership in all three States need to be removed.
All three states need to be in Federal Receivership and
managed under Near Prudent Man Rules for a span of time.
Keep in mind the States and their Charters are
Junior or Inferior Sovereign, The Federal Government and
the US Constitution are Senior Sovereign and the
American People are Most Senior Sovereign with
Sovereign Supremacy over the Federal Government and
US Constitution and the 50 State Government and their
State Charter. The Public of each state are constituents and
are not sovereign.
Here is several more items that need to be factored into
this process of reform and change as well as justice and equity.
Abrogation of Right to Work Laws and implementation of
union reforms and upgrades; upgrade of the Wagner Act,
proper restructuring limitations of the Taft Hartley Act as well as
Union Card Check implementation.
We cannot permit the denial of basic human rights such as
the right of voluntary association, union representation and
collective bargaining. The Abrogation of Right to Work Laws
and implementation of union reforms and upgrades;
upgrade of the Wagner Act, proper restructuring of the
Taft Hartley Act as well as Union Card Check implementation
are all part of this process.
I think Martin Luther King said it best, paraphrase, “ We must
bring human rights out of the shadow of States rights “.
No State Government or even the Federal Government
can deny these rights or obstruct or interfere with them
and expect to have a truly free and just society.
It is painfully obvious that our country is in the throes of an
Economic Depression. Our Public Officials at the State and
Federal Level have failed the public. National Receivership
of the United State Congress and the Executive Branches
as well as these three States needs to be brault under
Receivership. Only the American People can resolve this.
This means YOU. Without Your Involvement We Will Fail.
