This is my closing summation, conclusions and closing remarks.
Let’s proceed. Every American must participate in our
American Political and Economic Process for our nation to
be successful and to progress to higher and high levels
for the total population of Americans. This Nation is not just
for the Vested Few; The Wealthy and Well Healed as well as the
Well Placed in our society. The Middle Class cannot be allowed
 to be stomped out and obliterated by those with Wealth and
Power. The Working Class and the Indigent deserve better
and have a path to greater participation in our political and
economic system as well as part of the concept of upward
mobility and success for all.

I have talked about the concept of a Living Constitution.
This merely is an interpretation of a living constitution
with broader view instead of the constraints of a
constructionist view. Though this is a very fundamental
and very important concept, it is very necessary.
The constraints of a constructionist constitutional view
hog ties or constrains the American People to such an
extent that it jeopardizes their freedoms and liberties
and does not protect the public. The powerful use
the constructionist constitutional concept very effectively
to denies the public their freedoms and liberty and equity.

The American People are senior sovereign
Statement of No Support, Confidence or Trust in the
performance of the duties performed by the
Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal
government of the United States of America due to their
Dereliction of Duties and Failure to Perform and uphold their
Oath of Office to the American People. The American People
being Senior Sovereign over both the Federal and 50 State
Governments have many Issues and Grievances to be
Addressed as well as to be Resolved that are beyond the
abilities of both the Legislative and Executive Branches of the
federal government of the United States of America due to their
Dereliction of Duties and Failure to Perform and uphold their
Oath of Office to the American People.

Alternate Economy, Theory and Principals. This is to provide
a viable and effective alternate regarding our Competitive
Free Enterprise System as a new intricate core value of our
current Competitive Free Enterprise System and Alternate Economy.
Economic Institutions that can be reformed and new Economic
Institutions to replace the ones that cannot.

Preventing the continuance and progress of the retched and
damnable political and economic theory of
“ Political and Economic Eugenics “ being foisted and impressed
on the American People. This concept of “ Political and Economic Eugenics “
must not only be stopped but reversed and prevented from ever
reoccurring again. The wealthy  and the well placed hold no special
place in America but only as equals in relation to the rest of the
American People. The wealthy and well placed will not be allowed
 to reshape the United States of America in their image and relegate the;
Middle Class, Working Class, The Poor and Indigent to the status as
surplus people that are fungible and expendable and ultimately
expunged or fully and comprehensively subjugated.

Restructuring the Federal Reserve is a primary objective.
We all know that are Federal Reserve cannot continue this way;
Private companies having stock in this institution, Operating
in secret, All of them in the Fed having knowledge the public does not,
Presidential Appointments with Senate Advice and Consent,
No Elected Officials running the Fed as it should be, Institutions
like GE on the NY Fed Board Branch, The exercise of vast financial
power by governmental Fiat by Non-Elected Officials,  No
real time review by the American Public – Always Operating
under a Cloak of Secrecy. I think we all know there is a
better way with fairness, efficiency, transparency and
economically sound manor.

Restructuring the US Congress Quasi – Federalist - State  - Unitary System.
I would include other changes. We would move to a Federalist – Unitary Process.
This is regarding the US Congress. With 50 States currently, this is how it would
break down. All members of the US Congress would be elected to a 6 year term,
approximately 1/3 in each elected class, Class I – II & III elected
every two years.  As stated they each would have an “ A – B Ballet “.
All  50 Governors, 50 Lt. Governors, 50 State AG’s, 50 State Secretaries of State,
50 State Comptrollers and 50 State Treasurers. 300 members US Congress now,
not 535 House and Senate currently. Newly admitted states would use the same
process equally as the current states. These elected officials would hold their State
and Federal  Offices simultaneously. They would operate as a one chamber
Cameral legislature.
