The path to correcting and solving our current; Economic, Political & Constitutional , Legal, Tax &
Revenue Issues we as a people, The American People, with our Senior Sovereignty over the
50 State Government and the Federal Government.

Statement of No Support, Confidence or Trust in the performance of the duties performed
by the Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal government of the United States
of America due to their Dereliction of Duties and Failure to Perform and uphold their
Oath of Office to the American People. The American People being Senior Sovereign over both
the Federal and 50 State Governments have many Issues and Grievances to be Addressed as well as to
be Resolved that are beyond the abilities of both the Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal
government of the United States of America due to their Dereliction of Duties and Failure to Perform
and uphold their Oath of Office to the American People.

The American People Support and Demand the Immediate Implementation of the Constitutional Theory of a Living United States Constitution where all its citizens are endowed with their inalienable rights
as equal in legal and constitutional rights as well as equity. These Rights of the American People apply equally to both the Governments, Federal and States Governments, also the Private Sector as well as all Economic and Non-Economic Entities. The American People fully reject the flowed and unworkable
legal theory of a Constructionist Interpretation of the United States Constitution. These principals
will be applied Letter and Spirit. No Exceptions.

Preventing the continuance and progress of the retched and damnable political and economic
theory of “ Political and Economic Eugenics “ being foisted and impressed on the American People.
This concept of “ Political and Economic Eugenics “ must not only be stopped but reversed and
prevented from ever reoccurring again. The wealthy and the well placed hold no special place in
America but only as equals in relation to the rest of the American People. The wealthy and well placed
will not be allowed to reshape the United States of America in their image and relegate the;
Middle Class, Working Class, The Poor and Indigent to the status as surplus people that
are fungible and expendable and ultimately expunged or fully and comprehensively subjugated.

The American People Demand Redress of Issues and Grievances due to their No Support, Confidence
and Trust of the Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal government of the United States
of America due to their Dereliction of Duties and Failure to Perform and uphold their Oath of Office to the American People. The American People Demand the Supreme Court of the United States put the
Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal government under National Receivership and Supervision and that the Supreme Court use Near Prudent Man Rules Financially regarding this process now up and till February 15th 2016 when a new government will be Elected and in Office. Exceptions to this will be; The Energy Crisis, Employment Crisis, National Financial Crisis and any emergency or urgent circumstances as may be the case. The American People
being Senior Sovereign over both the Federal and 50 State Governments will prevail in these matters.
A series of Amendments to the United States Constitution shall be proposed to be implemented, items
1 – 4 as stated on this document as general concepts and specific Amendments as will be stated. The American People being Senior Sovereign over both the Federal and 50 State Governments have many Issues and Grievances to be addressed shall vote All or None Yay or Nay on the series of Amendments to the United States Constitution. The vote shall be a popular vote with 50 % plus one vote or more to carry and implement letter and spirit.
The Supreme Court shall appoint an Executor Receiver to act on its behalf with wide independent
discretion but ultimately under the Supervision and Review of the United States Supreme Court from
now to February 15 2016. A new election to install Elected Officials will take place for office
November 2 2015. The Elections for New Elected Officials shall be installed on February 15 2016.

Pre Notice, Notice, Motion and Brief to the United States Supreme Court will be published soon.
These legal; notices, motions and filing will take place near term; Writ a Mandamus, Writ of Certiorari,
Cease and Desist Order, Restraining Order, Protective Order, Show Couse Order, Interlocutory Order
and other motions and filings.

Petition for Redress of Grievances by the American People to the United States Supreme Court.
Each American Citizen must pull down from the internet a copy of the petition and
fill it out and send it to the United States supreme Court, “ by US Mail “. This will be available soon.

Specific Listing of the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America
will be published soon. The amendments will closely follow the chapters in
“ Political Economy 2011, A Call to Action, the book – Purchasable “ PDF “ file.
All or None Yay or Nay on the series of Amendments to the United States Constitution.

and political and economic reforms regarding our nation. There are Greek letter notes in the

Alternate Economy, Theory and Principals. This is to provide a viable and effective alternate
regarding our Competitive Free Enterprise System as a new intricate core value of our
current Competitive Free Enterprise System and Alternate Economy.
Economic Institutions that can be reformed and new Economic Institutions to replace the
ones that cannot.

Here is several more items that need to be factored into
this process of reform and change as well as justice and equity.
Abrogation of Right to Work Laws and implementation of
union reforms and upgrades; upgrade of the Wagner Act,
proper restructuring limitations of the Taft Hartley Act as well as
Union Card Check implementation.
We cannot permit the denial of basic human rights such as
the right of voluntary association, union representation and
collective bargaining. The Abrogation of Right to Work Laws
and implementation of union reforms and upgrades;
upgrade of the Wagner Act, proper restructuring of the
Taft Hartley Act as well as Union Card Check implementation
are all part of this process.
I think Martin Luther King said it best, paraphrase, “ We must
bring human rights out of the shadow of States rights “.
No State Government or even the Federal Government
can deny these rights or obstruct or interfere with them
and expect to have a truly free and just society.

Here are a number of other pertinent points that America is in very
bad need of.
Topic; The shipment and transfer of American Jobs overseas.
As we all know many American Corporations move employment
overseas. A comprehensive program must be created to
retain these jobs and penalize corporations from
moving jobs overseas. Not subsidizing this
migration of American Employment overseas.
Topic; Over regulation regarding permits, studies, licenses,
applications, regulations of all types and all other
requirements in America.
The situation regarding regulations is totally out of control.
We as a nation must have a proper balance of regulation
and progress and economic growth. This whole
situation must be studied, acted upon and effectuated.
This situation regarding regulation is choking our nation
and preventing the economic growth we need in American.
Topic; Intellectually Property, Patent’s & Copyrights.
We all know we must protect our intellectual property
and safe guard our future. I cannot emphasize more
this issue and the impact on our nation we are
dealing with at the hands of our nations enemies.
Topic; Currency Manipulation and Import Export Protectionism.
Nations that are involved in this at our expense will hear
from us. We will look out after our national interest.
No more sweet deals or looking the other way.
Fair trade is expected with proper currency value.
We must work with other nations regarding GATT and
other trade and financial treaties. We cannot build a
tariff and import regulatory wall or Smoot Holly type Act
and expect to be part of the international community.
We must still lookout after our national interest.

Topic; Immigration Reform and national transparency of all
of American Governmental Immigration policies & regulations.
Thorough publication of all immigration quotas per nation of
origin and any other pertinent facts and information.
The American borders must be protected and secured. Illegal aliens in our
country now must be given the opportunity to be put on
path to US citizenship and documented as well as
integrated into our population by being qualified to
speak American English as the American National
Legal Language.
Topic; All duties and tariff and trade information and all
pertinent information regarding this area of information.
This information is required by the American People.
This level of transparency is required to protect
the American People and prevent subterfuge
and abuse of special financial interest.
