Contempt of America Citation for Un American Acts by the
Extremist Right and Various Business Leaders and others.
I think every American in the Middle Class, Working Class; Poor and
Indigent know we are under attack from the Tea Party and the Extremist Right
of the Republican Rightwing. Also that some Leading Business Leaders and others
are also attacking us. I think anybody that is alive today knows that this is
Class Warfare and that some of the Millionaires and Billionaires are in the forefront
of this process that is known as ,“ Political and Economic Eugenics “.
I think we all also know that Massive and Comprehensive; Political and
Economic Reforms are needed.
The Book and Website, “ Political Economy 2011, A Call to Action “ is a vehicle
for change that is very much over due in America. We support the constitutional
theory of a Living Constitution and the idea and theory of the American People being
Senior Sovereign and with Supremacy over the US Constitution and Government as well as
the Junior or Inferior Sovereignty of the 50 State Governments.
To make this as plain as possible; The Wealthy and Well-Heeled and
Well Placed. They think the American Public at large are expendable – fungible and to be
deprived - to be exploited – expunged as surplus people. Also some may be salvageable
in a subordinate way in their image of, the wealthy and well-heeled and well placed.
they look at themselves as the superior or master groups in our society.
I do believe that the competitive free enterprise system and the concept and practices
of private property are among the most successful and proper fair ways to have a
truly dynamic and with vast opportunities for all Americans here in the United States of America
with extensive reforms; Anti-Trust, Regulation, Statutes, Oversight and Alternate Economy.
Alternate Economy is a simple concept. When corporation and economic entities have such
overriding control and unabated extensive power we all suffer and our democracy and
the republic is at serious risk. The concentration of this power and wealth can never be
permitted to control our county and its people.
Alternate Economy is a process to; Regulate, provide Statutes and Anti-Trust to control
the very extreme excesses of business and industry. Keep business and industry that
can be reform and change and or replace those that can’t.
Let’s talk about Contempt of America by various people and groups. We see this every day
throughout our country today. There are specific people and groups advocating this
through the “ Political Economic Eugenics “ Theory being put forth by specific people
and groups today. I think we need to shed some light on this to illuminate the ground
we are deployed on.
We see every day in the US Congress and on various businesses shows on TV and at
political and economic events and forums the advocating of “ Political and Economic Eugenics “.
The constant drumbeat and diatribe of these rightwing fanatics that would destroy our country.
These people are the contemporary provocateurs, fanatics and even political and economic
terrorist. Such as the 100 + US Republican Tea Party Congressmen that halted the Debt
Ceiling Passage that led to the lowering of Americas Credit Rating and Credit Worthiness.
If they are not political and economic terrorist I to not know what is.
I am not going to focus on the Republican Party. We know that party no longer exist.
The extremist Tea Party Rightwing Fanatics and Political and Economic Terrorist control
that political party. None of the presidential candidates being put forward stand for
anything but the destruction of America as we know it today. I think we all have a
responsibility to work together to stop and roll back what they are attempting to do.
There are leading people that need to be considered for “ Contempt of America Citation “
through a national plebiscite or referendum. These people have worked like a cancer on our
country to subordinate, coarse, exploit and subjugate the American People. Their individual
and collective actions have to be considered in this process.
Let’s look at some people that theoretically and or possibly meet the basis for being
considered part of any possibly eligibility to being considered by each American to qualify
as part of what is being described above;
Jack F. Welch & Jeff R. Immelt. We can talk all day about their conduct at GE.
The possible Love Canal II in Schenectady NY, Possible Cancer Clusters up and down the
Hudson River NY, The Destruction of Sarnoff Laboratories in NJ, The Destruction of 30,000 +
jobs in Schenectady NY, Moving the bulk of GE’s R & D to China, Immelt and his conduct
while being on the NY Branch of the Federal Reserve Board, Immelt and his conduct
while on the Employment Board that President Obama set up.Welch and the equivalent
to setting up an economic management school that is more like a Madras for business out of
Eurasia set up to infect and envelop the whole of American Society and Business.
If you let jackals into the henhouse you will have chicken for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Jamie Diamond. JP Morgan Chase. Again I can go on and on. Mr. Diamond simply does
not think that the banks in our country, his financial institution in particular are
responsible for any part of the financial and mortgage catastrophe we are now in as an
Economic Depression not a recession or double dip.
John Bogle. Vanguard Funds. This guy is incredible. I will just give you just one paraphrase
and let you consider for yourself: “ Just move it to 67 and they will never miss it”.
He is referring to the retirement eligibility age for Social Security. This took place on CNBC.
Eric Cantor. US House of Representatives Republican Extremist Tea Party Leader.
The debt Ceiling issue and the lowering of our national credit worthiness. Many other
activities too numerous to mention here.
Mike Huckabee, Former Governor, Reverend and Presidential Candidate.
The list is endless about his half-baked ideas and out right crazy notions and predilections.
Let’s look at just one incident. Mr. Huckabee was at a speaking engagement at an
National Rifle Association event in the last election. Mr. Huckabee was on stage an
a sudden substantial noise and thud occurred back stage. Mr. Huckabee turned to the
audience and said, Paraphrase, “ that must be someone pointing a gun at Obama “, then
a United States Senator, Barack Obama. Even the NRA Audience shrunk in their seats at
this wiled comment. I like to call it the lurch moment. Remember Lurch on the Adams
Family. When things were not going well he would cringe and let out a weird moan.
This was the response the NRA crowd did.
Rush Limbaugh & Glenn Beck, Radical Right Radio and TV Talk Show Hosts.
Just listen to their shows and you will get the idea. It really does not get any
clearer or noteworthy. These guys are modern day provocateurs and radical fanatics.
Bernard L. Madoff, Massive Securities fraud spanning from estimated 1970 to
2008 when his sons confessed to authorities their father was running a massive
Ponzi scheme. There were over 65 billion dollars in fabricated account and
resulting in 18 billion in losses so far. Madoff was convicted and sentenced
to 150 years in prison. Obviously he should stay in prison but face
Contempt of America Citation and Loss of American Citizenship.
Lee B. Farkas, Founder and Chairman of Taylor Bean and Whitaker. Found Guilty
of 14 Counts of Securities, Bank and Wire Fraud as well as Conspiracy to Commit
Fraud. 2.9 Billion Plot. Largest and Longest Fraud. His company was the one time
largest mortgage lender in the nation. Led to the collapse of Colonial Bank.
Farkas will spend decades in prison where he belongs to serve his time.
Obviously he should stay in prison but face Contempt of America Citation
and Loss of American Citizenship.
Maurice R. Greenberg, AIG former Chairman and CEO of AIG. In 2005 he
became embroiled in in a fraud investigation by the SEC and the NY AG.
Crime charges dropped but civil charges continued. In 2005 Greenberg
was ousted from AIG and Testified before the US Congress. AIG was
bailed out with a 79.9 % of AIG stock warrants set up by the Federal Reserve.
A 60 Billion Credit line plus 52.5 billion to buy Mortgage Backed Securities.
This all came too ultimately with any further Treasury and Federal Reserve
involvement to a total of 182.5 Billion Dollars. Just think what the
United States could do with that type of money;
Build 15 type IV nuclear power plants at 2 to 3 gigawatts + each,
Build 3,640 Brand New State of the Art High Tech High Schools at 50 M Each,
Put 728,000 young adults through college for full boat for four years at 250 k each.
Tell me this guy does not deserve Contempt of America Citation and
Loss of American Citizenship as well as Persona Non Grata Status and
removed from our country.I think you get the point. The question is theoretically and possibly in your mind,
Each American from your frame of reference do these people rise to the level
of qualifications for “ Contempt of America Citation “ through a national
plebiscite or referendum. Do they qualify for “ Persona Non Grata “ Status.
You the American Public decide if they belong on the first Con Air Flight out
of our country minus their American Citizenship. You Decide. You decide
if they should walk among us as Americans. This is not a free speech issue.
There are people in this country that will destroy our nation if they can.
These in some people’s minds are people who have worked like a cancer on our country
to subordinate, coarse, exploit and subjugate the American people. Their individual
and collective actions have to be considered in this process. God Save our Country.
